F & B Director
Candidates must have an excellent track record in the hospitality industry. Consideration will only be given to a
Resort / Hotel career with a mix of the highest quality stand-alone resort style operations to the standard of
five-star rating. The candidate must have similar “Culture Style Exposure” to that of the Maldives. They must
have been exposed to international culinary & beverage trends. Candidate must show excellent career path
movement and participated in appropriate training and development courses. Experience in similar location is
essential and Small Leading Hotels or Realis & Chateaux style properties is desired.
