For main examination, the relatively more meritorious candidates from among those who appeared in the
preliminary examination in the ratio of 1:10 having regard to the number of vacancies, shall be called for final
examination to be conducted which shall consist of:

(i) Framing of issues and writing of Judgement in Civil Cases (Maximum Marks-40)
(ii) Framing of charges and writing of Judgement in Criminal Cases (Maximum Marks-40)
(iii)Translation:-
(1) English to Hindi - Maximum 10 marks
(2) Hindi to English - Maximum 10 marks

(c) Viva-Voce

Relatively more meritorious candidates from among those who appeared in the Main Examination

INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE CANDIDATES

1. Please read all the instructions cautiously mentioned in the advertisement relating to this
examination. Do not provide wrong or incomplete information.
2. The information provided in this form shall be taken as base for the main examination.
3. Application format must be computer type-written using English BLOCK LETTERS only
leaving one box empty between two parts.
4. All the columns of the application must be filled by the applicant in his/her own hand writing.
5. Application form should be written in English BLOCK LETTERS only in Blue or Black ink.
6. Photograph should be affixed in appropriate place on the Application Form & Identity-Sheet.
Name and address of the candidate must be written on the back of all the four photographs.
7. For relaxation in age & fees, caste certificate issued by competent authority must be attached.
8. Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe and Other Backward Classes who are bonafide residents of
Chhattisgarh state shall only be entitled for getting benefit of reservation. The candidates of other
states shall be treated as unreserved candidate.
9. Two self addressed envelopes (11 x 5 cm) stamped with postal stamps of Rs. 5/- should be
attached.
