I, Roberta Kelly, Pro-Se, Plaintiff request [in response to Judge Stewart and the USDC,

et al.], Core Values, Strategic Plan for the Federal Judiciary September 2010: The Rule of Law;

Equal Justice; Judicial Independence; Accountability; Excellence; Service; Strategic Issues for the

Federal Judiciary [ref, Numbers 1 through 7, etc].3

I, Roberta Kelly, declare that studying on-line the Strategic Plan and the Digital Due Process

processes, these modern tools demand an appeal to Judge Stewart, et al.

Therefore, Pro-Se Plaintiff Kelly [et al] raises the BAR as high as the Mission Statement action

proclaims —and thus, intelligence to the unintelligible by-through-with and in, technology. IT can be

more than proven in the next-generation – evidence-based-approach: accessible to the public, wholly.

Real hands-on experience(s), learning scholarly education first through technology and then

practice when necessary, by appearing in the system of courts from the lowest to the highest court in

the nation [Supreme] and therefore, reignite the dream of freedom, maybe. [The exclusionary non-

transparency must evolve.]

Furthermore, I, Roberta Kelly, trust the confident Pro-se public population to intelligently4

realize improvements in the delivery of justice on a nationwide basis, through strengthening the

deliberation and attention to individual issues among the hallmarks of federal court litigation.5

However, equality must be represented to all the people of the Republic in digital wealth and

therefore, the liberty bell rings, once again? For an example, the multiple law school forums on-line.

The self-represents, do not have to be forced into an experience of unequal treatment by and through

the licensed schooled, in corporate structured systems.

construct]. The operations decided by certain law-makers, and Congresses. Now the system has

proven it is too big to fail. There appears a manufacturing every second of the year business as usual

by the manufactured and its support system, certain numbers are in a carefully selected process, so to

speak. The rule of law through our due process, digitally it has been more than proven [and supported]

easily and effortlessly ACCESSED via the www. For any and every able individual that accesses IT

—the modern internet [world wide web, www] technology. Transparent equality now in modern

civilization was demonstrated in the Middle-East and Northern African fully disclosed contracts of

communication, using THE CODE-SPEAK.

Conversation, cooperation and negotiations can begin by discussing the idea of intelligence vs.

unintelligible, et cetera, here in the United States in our court systems. For example, the intentional

tort on innocents here - too - CODE-SPEAK eclectic.
