Subject: Unfounded determination, what next?

David Bambic was recently given notice that the allegations against him were found to be
UNFOUNDED, however, Child Representative David Wessel has not acted as to his functional ability,
and notified the courts, in a motion to quash a TEMPORARY restraint placed upon David Bambic
whereby he, is at this time, still being impeded access to his parenting time, by David Wessel and any
other Court Actors in these matters, leaning the appearance of Collusion in said manners.

I am including what was filed with the Cook County Clerk of Courts in recent actions, against David
Wessel and or any colluding Actors in these matters, Constituting at the very least Kidnapping by Fraud
according to Illinois Statute as evidenced by current and past actions of David Wessel in particular.

I am contacting your office, due to David Wessel's lack of due diligence to the Bambic Children, and
their Father wherein here is a Child Representative, in the position to REPRESENT the children in
these matters, facilitating not only Kidnapping by Fraud according to IL statute, but what appears to be
third party alienation, whereby Mr. Bambic is still being COMPELLED by illegal means to maintain
supervised visitation, constituting Criminal Coercion whereby David Bambic is being held in Contempt
for a crime that has not been committed, in a Compulsory manner.

I expect your office to do your job, in facilitating the reunification of this family IMMEDIATELY.
