 OBJECTIVES:

This Software has the facilities for getting instant statistic such as
customer’s report, customer type details, computer’s status time wise. The user
can now get printed every result as when they required. This facilitates them
from going through all manual exercises experienced in the past. The salient
features are –
• The System has the ability to modification of data.
• Better accuracy and reliability.
• User friendly and portability.
• Every record is directly accessible.

TESTING PROCEDURES AND REPORTS:

Testing is the process of executing the software system to determine
whether it matches its specified criteria and executes in its intended
Environment. Its is a process to check the functionality and correctness of
software by executing it. Basically testing can be called as:
“Operation of a system under controlled conditions and evaluating the result”.
Types of testing performed in this project………
Unit testing:

 Unite testing is basically performed at the lowest level. In unit testing
basically each and every micro function is checked. We can say that all field
validations are expected to test at the stage of testing.
Module Testing;
A module is an independent entity in the software. The tested units are
integrated into a module and each module is tested separately for
specifications. After the completion of module testing next level of testing
starts.
Integration Testing:
After the modules have been tested they are integrated together and
integration testing is performed against group of modules. This process of
incrementing testing continues, putting together more and more pieces of the
software until the entire product.
System Testing:
Once all the modules have been integrated together, system testing is
carried out for functional and no-functional requirements

Technical Environment –
Operating System: Windows XP Professional
Database: SQL Server 2005(Integrated Version, i.e.- SQLEXPRESS)
Language Used: VB.NET
Technology: Microsoft .net (2.0) VS 2005.

FUTURE APPLICATION :-

 As the fact that this system cannot handle all the operation done an
institute following is the list of the subsidiary operations, which may be added ,
in the futher enhancements.
 Not include a complete HR Department records.
 All the operations, consisting of all the transaction like inflow
and outflow of works.
 Working in a web environment covering all locations of an
Institute.
 Best limitation of this would be that Different locations shall
have different databases according to customer’s records.
