The house is localized in a private and secure neighborhood, at five minutes from

has a big chimney in the living room; under the kitchen is the basement. In the
basement is installed the heating system and the water heater. On the second floor

_________
The feng shui can improve your health and increase your fortune?
_______________________________
Do you believe in the Feng Shui? ___________________ What do you think the text is about?

I. LISTEN AND READ THE NEXT TEXT.

The Feng Shui is an ancient Chinese art that can fill your life with
positive energies. Feng Shui is no magic.

The bedroom is a place where you spend 1/3 of your time so having
proper balance of yin and yang is very essential, some yang energy
is essential because it helps you stay motivated, but too much yang
can make you feel chaotic.

To have a good balance of Feng Shui in your bedroom, you should put your
bed as far away as possible from the front door, and your feet never should
be aligned with the front door, but don’t forget that the position of the bed
should let you observe the door from where you sleep, because this will make
you feel more secure.

Never put your bed between a door and a window, because you will block
the energy that travels from the door to the window, but if you want to
increase your energy you must always sleep with a wall behind your head
and never with a mirror in front of your bed.

Avoid sleeping with your head close to a window, because the energy will
dissipate through the window and make you feel more tired on awakening,
but if want to have a bedroom with more feng shui you can use pastel
colors to paint the room, also you can put some plants in the room.

TIPS FOR SALE YOUR HOUSE
The first step to sell your house is to have a good presentation of it. Your
first thought should be " what would attract new homebuyers? ”, so make
your house different from the others by talking about the little details, such
as: new coats of paint, the windows are clean, has non dripping faucets,
etc.The second step is not overpricing your home, because that will reduce
the interest of the buyers. The third step is to make a good description
according to the photos that you show in the advertisement. The final step
is to request an attorney to evaluate your house, because they watch all
the details.
