2010/2011 Annual Showcase Information
We are excited for our 10th annual showcase that will be held at Lake Mary High School on
Saturday, June 18, 2011. Mandatory dress rehearsal will be Friday, June 17, 2011, times to be
determined. Please mark your calendars and invite friends and family to be a part of this xtremely
special event in your dancer’s life.
This month we will have fittings for showcase costumes; they will be done towards the end of
class time. Please be patient as not all costumes in each class will arrive at the same time. If
your dancer does not have a costume when their class is being fitted you should feel free to take
them early that day. When their costume does arrive they will have their fitting.
Showcase pictures will be taken April 12-15. Picture viewing will be April 27th and 28th. A picture
schedule will be posted in the studio; please check for your child’s picture day and time. Please
plan to be present for pictures, even though it may not be your regular scheduled class day or
time. The purchase of pictures is optional; however, please participate so the class picture will be
complete for those who do plan to purchase pictures. If your dancer is not participating in the
showcase, they are welcome to have individual pictures taken; they should arrive on their
scheduled day and time dressed and ready in whatever attire you would like their picture taken in.

missed please let the front desk March 26th. Classes will resume on
know so we can add them to the list. Monday, March 28th.

Lost and Found
Did you know that Xtreme has a
Lost and Found? If you are missing
items please check with the front
desk. They will check the Lost and
Found for you. For sanitary
purposes any items containing food
will be promptly disposed of.
Anything left will be donated at the
end of each month
Class Attendance
Class attendance is especially
important this time of year as
students are learning their
showcase dances. Please make
every effort to have your dancer
attend class and arrive on time.
Attention Parents
For safety reasons it is xtremely
important to keep siblings out of
unoccupied rooms. There may be
unsecured/unstable props being
stored there.

Xtreme Dance Company News
Our dancers will be participating in the
Fire and Ice Dance Competition at
Winter Springs High School March 12th –
13th Admission is free so join us and
show your support. You will also get to
see some awesome dances performed
by our very own dancers.
2010/2011 Tuition Policies
• Tuition is due and payable on the 1st day of each month
• Tuition is considered late on the 10th day of each month and an automatic $15.00 late fee will
be assessed
• If tuition is received on or before the last day of the ensuing month you will save $5.00 off your
monthly tuition. (ex. To receive the $5.00 tuition discount for September payment must be
received no later than August 31st.) Discount is only offered on full price tuition.
• We do not send a monthly bill. A statement will only be sent if your account is past due.
• You may pay your tuition by cash, check or Debit/Credit Cards; we accept Mastercard, Visa
and Discover. When paying by check please include your child’s full name (first and last).
• If for any reason you cannot make it to the studio, please call in your payment or mail it to
Xtreme Dance Studio at: 4932 W SR46, Sanford, FL 32771.
