crise cardiaque

AUTHOR : BAIL AVIS

Caring soul of the heart

Arteries are the most important veins in our body. They work as a pipe line to
transport blood from the heart and towards different body parts. With every pumping
action of heart the blood flow is passed into the artery from there it is taken to
various body parts. These veins have a very thin wall made of muscles and tissues.
Our diet has many unwanted particles such as fat, some poisonous elements through
smoking etc. which lead to accumulation of cholesterol and other harmful components
inside the walls of arteries causing a blockage in the blood flow.

This is not a sudden process; it is a accumulative process and is very slow. Most of
the times it goes unnoticed for many years and once the level of accumulation is
beyond the permissive level, then it causes various problems to our body such as high
blood pressure due to weakened blood supply, where the heart needs to pump harder
to push the blood to designated places. This cause also leads to various other
complications such as burning sensation in heart, stomach, higher fatigue and so on.
This whole scenario leads to a very much painful phenomenon due to less blood
supply. Sometimes the blockage gets broken into pieces which completely blocks the
artery and leads to massive heart attack(crise cardiaque). There are various factors
which lead to this case, they include heredity, when someone from immediate family
has had suffered from this ailment, smoking, in- take of high cholesterol diet, higher
blood pressure due to stress, growing age etc. This whole scenario is called
arteriosclerosis(l’artériosclérose).

The treatments for this ailment is not so complicated which may include blasting the
cholesterol particles away from the artery or undergo an open heart surgery.
Depending on the percentage of blockage the doctors determine the course of action
and treatment. Drugs and diets are administered after the immediate action taken.
These actions and drugs are also accompanies with regular exercise and balanced
food. A combination of these factors leads to keep heart healthy and fit. Arteries are
the soul of heart and a proper care should be taken for preventing any damage to
heart and in turn to our body. Controlling the intake of high cholesterol diet should be
avoided as much as possible. Stress is another factor which imbalances our body
cycle. We should refrain from toiling our brain and body by taking excessive stress.

Care for Your Heart

If you have a heart (which is quite a silly statement in itself!) then it is probable that
you will suffer from a heart related disorder. Sadly, most people are not aware of the
great variety of heart related disorders there are.
CHF, or Congestive Heart Failure, is one of the most dangerous kinds of
cardiovascular disease. CHF happens when there is insufficient supply of blood to the
different body parts, irrespective whether the body pumps slower or faster. It has
been after extensive research that out of the many causes of CHF, myocarditis, is the
most occurring and infectious type. It has various symptoms—elevated blood
pressure, cardio vascular problems etc.
CHD, or Coronary Heart Disease, is another type of commonly occurring
cardiovascular disease. The cause of this disorder is mainly attributed to the
deposition of plaque or waste in the blood vessels. The arteries and veins get fully or
substantially blocked by the buildup of plaque or waste which are generally calcium,
cholesterol(le cholestérol), fat or an excessive amount of dead cells.
In fact, a survey and extensive research have proven that CHD is the main and
primary cause of 60% of all deaths caused due to a cardiovascular disease(maladies
cardiovasculaires). This is an alarming percentage and even more so because CHD
has no preliminary symptoms and CHD is mostly caused by high cholesterol.

Myocardial infarctions and strokes occur as a subsequent cause due to the blockage
of arteries and formation of blood clots. Here we come to another cardiovascular
disease called Atherosclerosis. In this disease, the arteries harden up due to the
deposition of high amounts of cholesterol in the arterial walls. Intake of fatty and oily
food substances result in a buildup of cholesterol deposits and the deposits gradually
increase in size to a point where they choke the arteries and disrupt blood flow. This
is especially fatal. The arteries carry oxygenated blood to the different parts of the
body. If you are lucky enough to survive a heart attack, your body will suffer from
oxygen deprivation as oxygenated blood cannot circulate normally through the body
and thus asphyxiation occurs in different parts like the brain, kidneys, liver, eyes etc.
I think now you have gotten a bit wiser about the different types of cardiovascular
diseases there are. Knowing is reducing half the risk. When you know the diseases
and their causes you will also learn to develop and exercise ways so as to avoid their
advent and prevent yourself from falling prey to them.
