Read the passage and answer the question that follows.

The tropical pineapple is a natural and tasty way to improve your health
and boost your healing capacity. Add fresh pineapple and pineapple juice to
your diet and you can feel the difference.

Pineapples are nutritionally packed members of the bromeliad family. This

delightful tropical fruit is high in the enzyme bromelain and the antioxidant
Vitamin C, both of which play a major role in the body's healing process.

Vitamin C, is a commonly known antioxidant that protects the body from

free radical damage and boosts the immune system. Vitamin C helps build
and repair bodily tissue and promotes wound healing.

The body uses vitamin C to help metabolize fats and cholesterol, absorb
iron, and synthesize amino acids and collagen. Collagen is one of the primary
building blocks of skin, cartilage and bones. Vitamin C also decreases the
severity of colds and infections.

Besides increasing the ability of connective tissue to repair itself, vitamin

C also increases the body's ability to fight invading bacteria and other toxins
that contribute to gum disease. Periodontal disease, which destroys gum
tissue and underlying jaw bones, has been linked to heart disease, stroke and
type 2 diabetes.

Section A: Guided Writing

I would definitely choose the luxury caravan. It suits my lifestyle. I like to travel
and see places that are off the track. I can only do that if I rent the caravan. It
is affordable and there are big and spacious bedrooms with attached
bathrooms. This is useful for the children. Moreover, the caravan comes with
a large kitchen with complete facilities. And, best of all, I can use the internet.
Everyone in my family will like that. We can keep in touch with other members
of the family and friends from any part of the world. If I were to choose the
luxury train, I have to follow set schedules and see the usual tourist spots! I
know I will be pampered by the valets and luxurious lifestyle but I will not
choose it. My choice is definitely the caravan as it suits my budget and
lifestyle.

Section B: Summary Writing

The pineapple is a natural way to improve your health. Pineapples are high in
bromelain and vitamin C, which help healing. Vitamin C helps build and repair
bodily tissue.It synthesizes amino acids and collagen which is one of the
primary building blocks of skin, cartilage and bones. Vitamin C also helps the
body fight bacteria and toxins that contribute to gum disease.

Section C: Novels

I choose the book `The Phantom of the Opera’. The theme I want to write
about is love. The whole story revolves around love. Christine loves Raoul
and Erik loves Christine. Christine is willing to sacrifice herself to save Raoul,
her true love. Raoul risks his life for Christine. But, Erik wants Christine to love
him. However, true love wins in the end and Erik allows Christine to marry
Raoul.
