Cladded on all 4 Sides. Aluminum Structure Frames with 6 mm
Acrylic Plate Inserts with Avery- Block Out & Colored Vinyl
pasted for Facility & R Mall Logo/Letters/Directions. Backlighting
to be provided with Philips Make T5 Electrical Fittings, complete
with suspending/hanging arrangement.

3. Touch Screen Panel

Self Standing Console for the 32” Inch Touch Screen, with space to
keep the CPU at the bottom, with an open-able panel to access the

4. Pylon

Specifications- Design- 1 (Black- Vertical with Store Names

Installed at Tangent)

The Size of the Pylon shall be 30’ (H) x 6’ x 2’6” (Side Faces) with
an inclusive base pedestal of 8’ width and 2’ Height.

a. The Main MS Frame – Fabricated out of 150mm ISMC with Cross

Supports of 75mm ISMC, and provided with a lowering
arrangement, by virtue of which the entire electrical(s) on the 6
Foot wide Face(s) can be brought to the ground levels for
maintenance. The MS Structure shall be duly surface treated
with two coats of Poly Urethane Paint.
b. ACP Cladding- The entire frame shall be cladded with ACM of Alu
Décor/Equivalent Make- 3 mm Thick, duly router cut to hold the
Acrylic Display Trays and letters.
c. The Mall Logo and the Trays for the base & anchor stores shall be
fabricated/raised out of 4 mm Acrylic Sheet and will be of size 8’
x 4’.
The letters shall be further raised in acrylic and will be
protruding out by 30 mm to give a 3D Effect.
d. The Lighting for the R Mall Logos & Letters shall be achieved
through Neon Tubes as per the design finalized for Entrance
gate Signage and for the Anchor Store Trays will be lit through
Philips/Equivalent Make T-5 Tube light Fittings.
e. Vinyl to be used will be of Avery Dennison/3M Make.

Design- 2 (Vertical with R Mall Logo on top and major stores name
aligned horizontally)

Size- 24 Feet Height.

Scope of Works- scope of works include:

a. Designing the Pylon.
b. Getting the Structural Drawings including Foundation Drawings
approved by a Structural engineer and submitting it to your
office for approvals.
c. Digging and casting of the Foundation and removal/disposal of
additional earthwork, at a location specified by the client.
d. Curing of the Foundation.
e. Erecting the Pylon.
f. Electrical Feed Point for undertaking the erection and energizing the
pylon will be required and has to be arranged for by the client.
g. Water Source near the erection point is required for casting of the
foundation.
