Zellie’s Opry House Serves ‘Hot Bands & Jam’

Zellie’s Opry House will serve a heapin’
helpin’ of “Hot Bands & Jam” on March 18 &
19.
Zellie’s offers on-stage entertainment and
jamming on March 18. Listen to country croon-
er Terry Winright, get your toes tapping during
the bluegrass hour with the Zellie’s Opry House
Band and enjoy local talent as they step out on
stage for a bit of “Friday Night Fun.” Jamming
will also be available on Zellie’s lower level.
On March 19, Zellie’s brings two bands
to their concert stage for their “Hot Bands &
Bluegrass Jam” event, held in conjunction with
the West Michigan Bluegrass Music Associa-
tion. Zellie’s is delighted to welcome the “Ruth
& Max Bloomquist” band on stage Saturday
evening. Ruth Bloomquist, the first half of the
Bloomquist duo, is a singer, songwriter and
without a doubt, an entertainer in every sense
of the word. Backed by the musicianship of her
husband Max on upright bass, Dan Seabolt on
fiddle, and John “Sky” King on guitar, this band
packs a powerful presence on stage. Also taking
the stage that evening will be newcomers “The
White River Pickers.”
Doors open both evenings at 6 p.m., with the
stage show beginning at 7 p.m. No advance ticket
sales and room for all. Arrive early, get your pop-
corn, grab a seat and hang on for a night of fun.

Vitamin B12
Vitamin B12 is involved in the function of every cell of the body, especially affecting the regulation of DNA, but also
energy production within every cell. Unlike most nutrients, absorption of vitamin B12 actually begins in the mouth where
small amounts of unbound crystalline B12 can be absorbed through the mucous membrane. Most of the vitamin B12 in our
food is bound on to proteins. It is released from the protein in the stomach by gastric enzymes, which require Hydrochloric
Acid. Also in the stomach, Intrinsic Factor, a protein manufactured by the lining of the stomach, is released in response to

All containers must be clean. In the first portion of the small intestine, free B12 binds to Intrinsic Factor, to form a B12-IF complex. B12 must be
attached to IF for it to be absorbed. In addition, intrinsic factor protects the vitamin from break down by intestinal bacteria.
All types of household batteries will be accepted The B12-IF complex is absorbed by the last portion of the small intestine. Therefore, absorption of vitamin B12 from food
requires an intact and functioning Stomach, Pancreas, and Small Intestine. Problems with any one of these organs makes a

So, anyone with GERD, IBS, or Crohn’s disease, anyone taking the purple pill or anti-acids, anyone over 60 (low levels

Vitamin B12.
NO lead acid automotive batteries. So, many people are deficient in B12 and they do not know it. Most of the time they experience fatigue, weakness,

sometimes do muscle response testing, but that is somewhat subjective.

Village Offices, 125 East Shaw B Complex, does not work very well, since it cannot be absorbed due to faulty digestion and
assimilation. So, better results occur with the sublingual or injection method. Amazing benefits are
often reported within a few days.
So check this out, many of you will be low in B12 and correct supplementation will help you feel
much better.
