Dear Dr.

Sam and Wissam,

From my point of view the scenario, I mentioned join the e-procurement risk as, Sigala (2006) clarified
about Identify Authenticity when he stated, “E-Procurement involves dealing with anonymous vendors
that our company has not “vetted” against quality, service, and delivery standards”
In the other hand I accept that our scenario also contains a critical mistakes in the procurement process
itself that refers to (Technical error) and (Warrantee condition)
Technical Error, we should follow the design criteria to calculate the air volume required to be removed
and check the fan technical performance curve to check the efficiency and its compliance to our
requirements.
I believe that the traditional procurement process as paper work documentation could not eliminate
whether the procurement process errors or the e-procurement risk valid in our case.

The second processing mistake in applying the procurement process of Terms arrangement as indicated
by Sollish, et al. (2011, p.313) about the important of involving our purchase the significant terms other
than prices as, warrantee Condition. That the PO did not determine the warrantee conditions clearly
and especially in the case of product disrupted due to factory errors who will bear the shipping and
transportation cost

I have another thought now if the contract with the factory went in the procurement system of design
and built (One point integration and responsibility) as suggested by Sollish, et al. (2011, p.324-325) to
achieve unification of the responsibility, I believe this the best solution, we deliver the required function
and they are responsible about the fan results.

Are you agree Wissam with my thinking, your thought required Dr. Sam
