Electrical maintenance E,MAINTENANCE Regular checks Inspection before operating and daily inspection, NSTRUCTION The belowed regular inspection items are minimum items to guarantee long-term security usage of the pressing machine , Please increase inspection items according to the situation of your company Regular inspection of oil (oil-supply and oil-change),please inspect according to maintenance instruction (chapter E 2.2) ‘The inspectors must inspect the items regularly, please inspect according to safety instruction (chapter A 4.4), after inspection the inspectors would take certain corresponding measurement into effect. 1.1 Inspection items of per month (250hours) If you find any trouble, must solve it in time. (2) Inspect and maintain the ball seat ,adjust screws, worm and chain (3) Inspect and maintain the drive shaft , other shafls tooth surface of the gear, clearance of the gear. (4) Inspect and maintain the slide guide rail , bearing and the slide unit so on (5) Inspect the seal ring , 0-type ring and so on (6) Inspect the clutch-brake 1.4.2. Replace the rubber hose and the electric wires. (1) The rubber hose is installed between the solenoid valve and flywheel ,it must be replaced once every three years whether it has damaged or not (2)The rubber hose of moving element and the material for electric wires will become older, it must be replaced every five years whether it has damaged or not. > For the specification of the accessories. hardware and standard component please contact service department of our company E. For the content of inspection and maintenance, you can consult the instruction If the following devices are not inspected and maintained in time ,it will cause the accident or damage the machine. When clearing the clutch-brake, Alywheel rotate for twenty to thirty minutes. Then drain out the oil (suit the wet clutch) (1) Before supplying the new oil, drain out the other matters and dirty oil by injecting the new oil, clearing the oil ~injection device outside oil pump (2) After discharging the dirty oil, you shall inject the same circulated hydraulic device for 20~30 minutes, and clear the interior. (2) Worm and worm gear Change the oil every six months, remove oil plug on the right of the slide drain out all oil in it and cover it remove the inlet plug of spherical cover board and fill in the stated oil (3)Connecting rod thread Refiuel every three months, inject the cleaning oil from the pouring orifice by oil gun (4)Hydraulic overload protector device Change the oil every six months , remove the oil plug on the bottom of the oil tank ,drain out all the oil in it then screw on .then remove the oil plug on the top of the oil tank and fill in the clean oil and cover it (5) Manual oil pump Open the cover on the top ,inject into the thin oil ,then close it. (© Grease pump Forbid using the butter except O# lithium based grease inject into the oil from pouring orifice by oil gun . (9)Clutch (wet clutch) ‘After changing oil for the first time ,it must be changed once when single action use for 15000 times or continuing action use for 25000 times ,it must be changed once when use per for 150 million to 200 million times , Make oil drain to the lowest position when changing the oil, put off oil plug and air exhausting plug ,drain out the oil in flywheel and make oil drain in the highest position, inject stipulated oil, until oil reach the oil scale reticle ,screw on oil plug and air exhaust plug .
