After more than 30 years in the Navy

About 300 people attended the retire-
ment ceremony, held Feb. 19 at a place that
had special meaning to Brunelle: the White
House at Port Hueneme.
“This is where I started my Seabee ca-
reer,”Brunelle said of the building that used
to be the Naval Construction Training Cen-
ter headquarters.
