VIVA ATE CARD

The Viva Sydney card will be used as the


exclusive delegate discount card during
ATE Sydney 2011.

4,000 cards and accompanying flyers will


be printed and distributed in welcome
satchels to both buyers, sellers and media
attending ATE.

Confirmed ATE Sellers have been


approached to provide Viva Sydney offers.

There are currently 60 offers in the Viva


Sydney promotion, and we are in the
process of recruiting additional partners

10 ATE 2011 badges will be

Student Volunteers

Escorting Sydney/NSW Famils Directional meet & greet


Volunteers
¾ 66 Students from The International College of Management have been
selected to participate in various roles during ATE 2011

¾ 22 students will escort small groups of ATE delegates on organised


famils around NSW

¾ 44 students will provide directional support:


• Meeting and greeting delegates at sponsor hotels
• Ensuring smooth operation of traffic
• People movement logistics

¾ Key dates for hotel meet and greet:


• Saturday 2 April 2011 – 8:00 am to 9:30 am
• Tuesday 5 April 2011 – 9:00 am to 10:30 am
