1. A certified copy (by the Registrar/Assistant Registrar of the institution) of the Degree certificates.

2. A certified copy (by the Registrar/Assistant Registrar of the institution) of Academic transcript of the
first degree; complete record of subjects offered during undergraduate studies.

3. Two (2) letters of recommendation from your academic professors/senior lectures. The letters of
recommendation should indicate your suitability to follow the MSc in Sustainable Energy Engineering
(SEE).

4. One (1) letter of recommendation from the employer.

SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION

Your application together with all documents and a Money Order for Rs. 1,500/= as a processing fee,
drawn in favour of the Bursar, Open University of Sri Lanka should be sent to the address given
below under registered cover to reach before the closing date of application i.e. February 19, 2010.
You should allow time for possible postal delays.
