To insert the cheats (listed on the left), press enter during gameplay. This wil
l bring up a console that you can then type the cheats into for the desired resu
lt.
cheat - Enable ability to cheat
convert - Convert unit selected
era up - Go to next epoch
give tech - Plus 50 points to Tech
idontcheat - Disable any active cheat
loot - Gain an additional 10,000 gold
max pop - Change the capacity of population
play god - Units and structures can't be destroyed
punish - Unit selected loses twenty HP
recharge me - Unit selected regains all power
super cheat - Turn off Fog of War, gain lots of gold, building and population bo
nuses
taxes - Minus 100 to resources
toggle fog - Turn Fog of War on or off
win - Automatically win any scenario
Cheat List
Press Ctrl + Shift + C to bring up the cheat/dev console.
Motherlode - $50,000
Kaching - Adds $1,000
Moveobjects on/off - Move objects anywhere
Aging on/off - Sims cannot age (those freaks)
StretchSkeleton - Change Sim's height
Vsync on/off - Increase graphic performance (lowers textures)
faceBlendLimits (on/off) - Face stretching is not limited
Help - Lists common cheats
Exit - Close dev window
Expand - Enlarges dev window
boolProp snapObjectsToGrid true/false - Snap/unsnap objects to grid
deleteAllCharacters - self-explanatory
TerrainType desert/temperate - Terrain selection
boolProp simShadows (True/False) - Shadows on or off

Cheat: Cheat List
Cheats are unlocked not by inserting passwords, but by acquiring the thirty Inte
l Pieces strewn throughout the game. The more of them you collect, the more chea
ts you can access. On the left are the number of Intel Pieces collected, and on
the right are the cheats that are unlocked, with an explanation of what each doe
s.
2 - "CoD Noir" Play the game in black and white.
4 - "Photo-Negative" Game colors become inverted.
6 - "Super Contrast" Game's contrast increases.
8 - "Ragtime Warfare" The game feels like an old silent movie.
10 - "Cluster Bombs" One frag grenade thrown equals five in explosion.
15 - "A Bad Year" Enemies explode into tires when shot.
20 - "Slow-Mo Ability" Game plays at 40% normal speed.
30 - "Infinite Ammo" Just what it says.
Cheat: PC Cheats
To insert the following codes, enable the console from the in-game options. Pres
s ~ and type in "seta thereisacow 1337", pressing Enter thereafter. From here, t
ype "spdevmap bog_a" and press Enter again. Then, you can insert the following c
heats.
cg_drawgun - Drop your gun
cg_fov - Zoom with any gun
cg_LaserForceOn 1 - Laser site with any gun
demigod - God Mode (with shaking screen)
give (item) - Acquire any item
give all - Get any weapon
give ammo - Full ammo
god - God Mode (without screen shaking)
jump_height # - Adjust gravity (39 is default)
noclip - No Clipping
notarget - Dumb AI
r_fullbright - Brighter features
timescale # - Adjust the time (1.00 is default)
ufo - No Clipping (II)

Unlockable: Arcade Mode
To unlock Arcade Mode, beat the game once through on any difficulty level. Arcad
e Mode itself is split into two options - Full Challenge or Level Challenge - th
at add extra replayability to the game.
Unlockable: New Mission
To play an all-new mission, which is an extra mission after the main quest is co
mpleted, beat the game and view the ending credits thereafter. After they've run
their course, you will then be given the opportunity to play one last single pl
ayer mission before all is said and done.
Unlockable: Multiplayer Weapons
To unlock the following weapons in multiplayer mode, reach the numbered rank lis
ted.

ull of information strewn throughout the game. There are thirty of them total. T
he left column is the level in question, while the right column is how many Inte
l Pieces can be found on that level. Levels with no Intel Pieces are excluded co
mpletely.

Hint: Unlock All Intel Automatically
You can unlock all of the intel laptops automatically on the PC version of CoD4,
but since you'll need to mess with your game's files a little bit, you're doing
so at your own risk.
Simply go to your player profile (it will look something like this: C:\program f
iles\Activision\Call of Duty 4 - Modern Warfare\players\profiles\player\YOURPROF
ILENAMEHERE), and search for a file called config.cfg.
Open the file by double-clicking it (or right-click it and open it in Notepad) a
nd search for "cheat_points", minus the quotes, via the CTRL+F function. There w
ill be a number next to cheat_points -- change it to "30" and all intel laptops
will be automatically unlocked!
