GOAL: Your task is to create a menu using Power Point for your new restaurant
in D.C.

ROLE: You are the chef of a new restaurant in D.C.

AUDIENCE: The people of D.C. that you need to convince to come to your
restaurant.

SITUATION: You are opening a new restaurant in D.C. and you are deciding what
food you will put on your menu, so that everyone will love and bring
lots of business to your restaurant!

PRODUCT: You will create a menu (in Spanish) so that your restaurant is super
successful!

STANDARDS: A successful product will include:


• Written in only SPANISH using the vocabulary learned in class
• A restaurant name to go at the top of each page
• Breakfast, lunch, dinner, drinks portion of the menu
• The Chef’s pick at the end of each meal (breakfast, lunch, and dinner)
