1. Introduction. An email describing how to make your favourite food.

Look at the email. Ex 1 p 97. Read it filling the gaps with (orally):

Chop – нарезать (нарубить)

Grate – натереть
Pour – налить
Boil – варить
Fry – жарить
Sprinkle – посыпать
Peel – очистить (от кожуры)

2. Writing. A friend sent you an email asking for the recipe of your favourite
food. Write down it (not less 120-180 words). Follow the items:
1) Greetings.
2) Description (First you need…, Then…, When it’s ready…).
3) Ending (Write back…).
