What is SSME?
SSME is an apostolate of Family Missions
Company. SSME focuses on evangelization; the
sharing of the Gospel through witness, testimony
and preaching.
Family Missions Company is based out of
Abbeville, Louisiana. FMC is a lay Catholic
organization which seeks to fulfill the Great
Commission given by Christ to His disciples.
FMC trains and sends out lay missionaries to the
ends of the earth.
SSME’s immersion program hopes to stir up
missionary zeal and equip Catholic missionaries in
four weeks of study and mission service. SSME
will expose participants to the life of Catholic
foreign and domestic missionary evangelism.
