would be Measured against PPM reports.

2.Acknowledge and begin troubleshooting Spectrum
Major and Critical alarms within 5 minutes of the
alarm. this will be measured against the spectrum
report.
Freequency -- by end of 2nd Quarter
3.Cross Training on assigned Platforms thus be
available to monitor other Data Center network
devices also.
This will be measured against Ability to effectively
monitor and correctly react to Spectrum

4.Reduce the SEV 1 Incident Engagement time from
the 2010 average of 34 minutes.
