is uitdrukkelijk geen online redacteur of site manager.
De veelheid van taken en de intensiteit van (online) dialoog management vergen specifieke kwaliteiten van
de dialoog manager. Zij/hij bezit een sterke empathie naar de community en is zich tegelijk bewust van
haar/zijn onafhankelijke positie. Zij/hij schakelt snel tussen ontwikkelingen in de dialoog en vervolgacties bij
de klantorganisatie of bij Favela Fabric. Zij/hij houdt grip op de dagelijkse dynamiek zonder de
doelstellingen uit het oog te verliezen. De dialoog manager is een micro-manager die een breed
instrumentarium inzet voor stimulering van dialoog en output. En last but not least, de dialoog manager is
een motiverende en positieve persoonlijkheid die altijd op zoek is naar wegen om de community te
inspireren en te vitaliseren.
Kandidaten hebben een achtergrond in psychologie, bedrijfswetenschappen of sociale wetenschappen en
beschikken over minimaal 2 jaar werkervaring in (online) community management, customer service,
training en/of online mediation. Kandidaten hebben aantoonbare affiniteit met (online) communities, social
media of content management.
