I completed four weeks work experience at the Vaudeville Theatre alongside the
Theatre Manager assisting with the front of house duties and general management.
I also spent time shadowing deputy, assistant and company stage managers, gaining
an understanding of the technical elements within theatre.

Sims Claims Services FNOL/Motor Services Oct 2007-Aug 2008


I completed an intensive four week training programme in motor insurance
understanding claims handling and learning strong customer service skills.
I managed over fifty clients a day; enabling my communication skills and
strategically organising my time to fit with the demands of the company.
I was then promoted to the motor services team to resolve engineering customer
complaints proving I was very confident in creative problem solving and having a
strong client focus.

INTERESTS AND ACTIVITIES
Possesses a great passion for performing in Theatre and Dance.
Has been a dedicated member of Brunel Dance and has been intensely involved in
productions, classes and workshops in association with The Arts Centre at Brunel
University.
Created extra opportunities by being involved in other student projects: short films,
directing assessments and professional companies; Soapopolis Productions and
Chameleons Theatre Group.
From a young age has been part of Conibear School of Dance/SJ School of Dance,
Yew Tree Theatre School and LAMPS (Amateur Dramatics group).
Plays the Euphonium and has been part of an orchestra and brass band.
Dedicated member of university choir group Voices.
Enjoys regular visits to theatre performances and arts events.
