Elections Canada that he found I had moved into his riding in the last year.

I was able to gather 7 signatures from residents li ving on all 4 floors of my
building confirming the matter.
MP Hawn wrote first that he is involved in taking c are of seniors. A dash mark
was put in front of that sentence and coma's after each other area that he
wrote of. He wrote that he looks forward to getting to know me and that if he
can be of assistance in any way that I am not to he sitate in contacting him.

I know that Prime Minister Harper's Government had him contact me using the
February 16th 2011 letter and I will never believe otherwise even if Harper
and Hawn were to deny it to the ends of the earth .

MP Hawn wrote that he is honoured and privileged to be my MP, and indeed

he is since his Government as the other parties are fully aware that I am the
author of the revolutionary Great Final Report. I will contact him since as I
have written there are other matters such as Govern ment crimes against
seniors that I must warn of yet if his Government becomes the cause of any
harm then for certain his letter is evidence of a m onstrous conspiracy.

The forming of letters or documents to commit conspiracies is a real

issue as we have seen in the case of Harper's MP Bev Oda. The word
“not” was hand-written in a document that would have otherwise
provided $7-million worth of financial aid.

Harper’s MP Oda said in December that she did not a lter the page and now
she IS found saying that she did. The Leaders of th e NDP and Bloc declared
that it is forgery. That is an indictable offense. In MP Oda first denying that
she wrote is evidence of a guilty mind. Bev Oda claims there was confusion
and that the word "not" was suppose to be put in th e document.

The liberals appear as accessories since foreign affairs critic Bob Rae said
that responsibility for her behavior rests with the prime minister. – I see that
as one way of saying that if the Conservatives commit crimes then liberals
will not ensure there is justice.

It is the duty of the Federal Government’s high offices to keep the handling of
written documents in a secure and stable fashion.

The 7 million dollar document was a matter of “yes” or “no”.

“Yes” or “no” answers are the simplest form of communicating in all languages.

term "law-abiding" while in what appears to be Satan stubborn arrogance

There is also the matter of Harper paying Canada’s integrity

commissioner half a million dollars to resign and to not give an account
for dismissing 228 whistle-blower complaints.

According to Isaiah 54:17 it is written; -"No weapon that is formed against me

shall prosper; and every tongue that accuses me in judgment I shall condemn.
This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD,"

This was not the case with respect to the Conservative Government and the
integrity commissioner. - Ouimet had a year to prepare a worthy account while
the Auditor General Sheila Fraser had her under investigation for a year and
yet Harper paid Ouimet half a million dollars to resign and to obey a gag order.

Fraser's audit of the office was completed Oct. 8, 2010. The day after that
Ouimet signed her departure agreement! - When Sheila Fraser released her
report in December 2010 the report revealed that Ouimet showed bias in
evaluating the whistleblowers claims that were made to her office. - Harper's
Government let the integrity commissioner continue dismissing whistleblowers
to where ALL 228 cases were dismissed.

In Harper and Ouimet not giving an account confirms that the integrity
commissioner is a part of a culture of burying and concealing whistleblower
reports. In having Ouimet resign and paying her half a million to obey an
account gagging design confirms a culture that works to cover-up Government
and system crimes and scandals

spoke on transparency when he stated that it appears that the Government has
the same transparency and accountability as organized crime.

thanking me twice for a May & June 3rd update on the revolutionary work I was
doing. The Premier's Office also wrote to say that a copy of my Great Final

towards youth occurs among a sizable minority who report no pedophilic
behavior. The findings clearly show 88% were attracted to the images. Their
mean age was 38.3 years, 52 subjects were Caucasian, 25 African American, 2
were Hispanic, 1 Asian. The subjects mean education was 14.1 years. 28 were
never married, 26 were married, 18 divorced, 6 separated, 2 widowed. The
results smash any theories of a so-called odd small minority. (8 out of 9 normal
men) A huge silent majority "confirming" that attractions to youth within
the Government is a common phenomenon !!!!!!!!!!!!!

EVIDENCE OF MANY IN OUR GOVERNMENT AND SYSTEMS COVERING UP

CHILD SEX SCANDALS.
As you may know Byron Prior alleges that Public Safety Minister Vic
Toews and Justice Minister Nicholson are 'a part of a cover-up' of the
rape of Prior's 11 year-old sister by Justice T. Alex Hickman. Prior said
that among those in on the cover-up that strangely and shockingly failed
to respect his testimony is "Stephen Harper", Peter MacKay, Dennis
Mills and Andrew House. The net is full of Prior's testimony of the alleged
matter. Prior spoke of his corrupt Mother selling his sisters for sex and
spoke of other customers being many in high places.

Prior also alleges that (Conservative) MP Bill Mathews was one that raped
his sister.

Prior who you may witness testifying on the internet sounds profoundly sincere
as he lists names & documents to confirm all he testifies of and sincere as he
marks Tories, Liberals and others (as working together to hide that there
are Government child sex cultures).

The allegation from Byron Prior is also that liberal Judy Foote and some of her
relatives were among customers receiving child sex thru his Mother. -Byron
Prior has a list names on the net and testifies that Salvation Army Officials
and many (business men) and other customers were buying the sex through
his Mother.

Byron Prior testified in the videos that (-customers-) from that time now
today serve as politicians and sit as holders of high positions within
Canada's justice system.

Byron Prior also testified many times that for years nows the RCMP have
been burying & concealing from the public their duty to investigate!

Any RCMP that are trustworthy will not fire propaganda at what I have proven.

People have murmured that the Supreme Court of Canada has legalized a few
forms of child porn yet I do not believe that those that would do that are the
monsters. The real monsters and criminals are those that are 'quiet' and those
that 'work to act hard on crime' to divert.

Byron Prior has been speaking out for years warning that
Harper, Vic Toews & Nicholson have been defying their own

According to Prior Tories are deceivers and according to

Byron Prior asked the question; "How do I get a corrupt legal system to
investigate, charge and convict itself?" A blind man can see that I too have

Likewise in 2010 Veterans Ombudsman warned that he has

reasons to believe the Federal Conservative Government
acted as accessories to the system conspiring to have him

that the system appears to be guilty of working to have a

If willing to conspire to assassinate the character of an

Ombudsman & Vet. to have them appear mental then how much
more word they conspire to do that to Byron Prior who is
accusing the Parties & authorities of being a part of a
hidden culture that is into child-sex & child porn?

and "If you are not honest with yourself then you can't be a good person."

Byron Prior proclaimed that (while) in tears testifying that the system has
worked to have him appear crazy while on the internet his testimony
sounds profoundly sincere.

SO WHY WOULD Harper, McKay, Toews, Nicholson, Andrew House, Bill

Mathews, friends of Judy Foote, judges and RCMP, Jack Harris, Danny
Williams, Michael Ignatieff, and so many others want Prior to appear as if he is
not speaking from a sound mind when it is manifest in his videos that he is ?!

Where is he? Do you see how serious it is Canada that our Government would
feign that this man is mentally unstable and hide him away in the system using
an institution to bury his ability to continue testifying, giving him God knows
what drugs to ensure that he will not appear stable.

One form of indoctrination is in teaching people that television is the mind and
face of the Government. In that people are fed that the Government is not that
bad, fed that the Government have supreme congeniality and so in touch with
people. Meanwhile the lives of others that are in peril or danger are not heard
since people believe the TV and channel changer, not the testimony and tears
of those who are working and fighting to be heard.

As for some in the system that tell others that they are not well as a sleight to
harm, we have (The HealthCare Mocking Spirit.) (What Is It?) -It is the way the
nurse spoke in the movie Misery, and also reflects the sound of the babysitter
from The Hand That Rocks The Cradle. I know it as (feigning care) in the form
of a (serpent massage) or (creepy slow constricting malice).
The one uses a rich mimic of compassion to disguise that they are deluding as an
expert or as if their word is credible in marking one as not having a sound mind.

Such are the sort that when there is evidence they act as if it isn't even possible
and when the evidence increases they use the tactic of acting as if the one
speaking of evidence need meds.

When they do answer to what you say it is only to part and so they commit
[idem est nihil dicere et insufficienter dicere]. = To not say enough is the
same as to say nothing.

The report from Byron Prior that has been hidden under a conspiracy of silence is
only one of many earthshaking reports that I give host to in my Great Final Report.

I am not a religious man, I am a man of understanding and logic. I hate

anything that drips in pretentious claims about faith in God as I hate any
arrogant & cowardly deceptive outer appearance of great worth.

Nonetheless I do believe in God and have experienced His Holy Spirit and
many Signs.

In that I will share a Prophecy from God that I received when the Government
system began committing scandals against me. This Prophecy I received again
from a Minister this last December.

The Minister wrote; "I must tell you Shawn, I feel so strong that Psalm
109:3-5 describes what you have been dealing with": "They compassed
about also with words of hatred and fought against me without a cause. For my
love they are my adversaries, and they have rewarded me evil for good."
(That fits with my GFR and most of all my (2nd) Report of my Mother!)

In the latest letter that I received from the Minister on March 18th 2011 the
Minister wrote; “Dear Shawn Cullen, let me share with you what I see
through the gifts of the spirit, I see something, it’s like a force that has
been working against you, using people to try to stop you. They’ve lied
about you. Some have misunderstood your motives & actions but know
that God is with you.

I did not tell the Minister of my Great Final Report. That is why I find the
message to be supernatural. What is the force in others trying to stop
me? Who is it that have lied about me and what lies have they told? I was
angry in him writing that some have misunderstood me. I thought to
myself, ‘that should not excuse them’! - What I did see as a sign of
Justice is that he wrote that “they have lied about you”- What is their end
in God saying that against them through a Minister to me?
 The thunder-rolling lightning-striking fact is that my report reveals as much
damning evidence against Harper's Government, if not more -that
Conservatives are a part of a hidden culture that is into child sex & child porn.

HOW DO LEADERS APPEAR INNOCENT WHILE HIDING EVIL?

Most of us know what a "Chameleon" is. It is any lizard with the ability to
change the color of its skin and to appear as part of its environment. The term
is also used to mark humans that have the ability to appear as many organic
things. Politicians like Harper are chameleons or shapes-shifters. The question
is; how do they do it? All that a politician need to do to hide murder,
conspiracies or sexual iniquities is to begin talking on a subject! (That is the
way it works!) If a politician at an open-mic begins speaking on education,
jobs, taxes or whatever, the talk on the subject shape-shifts him into an
honest or organic appearing disguise!

porn on Government computers, (and evidence of a cover-up of 1700 other
suspects) or of the 5-star General Raymond Germanos who downloaded child
porn yet given no jail time and only lost his 'suit' and right to serve in the force?

The Defense Department chose to only investigate dozens out of 264 alleged
cases of Pentagon employees using Government computers to purchase child
porn according to Yahoo's The Upshot site. 76 have secret to high clearance
authority and 9 have Top Secret clearance, having access to the nations
most sensitive secrets. 1700 other suspected cases were lost thru neglect.

So then why mark and crucify people when everyone in the Government and
system is into it?

Why is Harper hiding knowledge of this knowing that it equates into denying the
nature of Tories and Politicians everywhere while locking millions of humans in
stigmatic assumptions?

Harper's Lawyer MP Peter MacKay also wants people to believe that it is

impossible that he is a hypocrite because he was once a prosecutor in youth
cases. That boast may be a cover to hide a dark nature. There are many

Lawyer Victor Hissel, Lawyer Patrick Power, Lawyer John Roth, Lawyer

Each year hundreds die in the care of Ontario's Children's Aid Societies. In
2008 out of the 138 mysterious deaths 96 were reviewed and in roughly half the
cases the cause of death was still unknown. Sadly the other deaths may also
appear to be from natural causes.

Irwin Elman did an independent review of coroner reports from 2007 and found
the deaths of children in Ontario's care (CAS) were approximately 25% of all
children who died in Ontario that year Elmin stated; "I was startled by the
number. I had no idea that many children in the system are dying." Elmin also
stated; "From my understanding this number has been pretty consistent over
10 years...It's just startling to think that 900 to a 1000 kids in 10 years..'(after

The article on Brian Parker also gave the message that parents need to
appreciate that as much as they would like to protect their teenagers from
getting a sexually transmitted disease or from getting pregnant that they will
most likely have sex with or without their parents knowledge. As we know,
Premier Ed Stelmach is in bed with Alberta's Capital Health Authorities.

In my investigation I was told on the phone that Parker only deals with young
children now & then! After my investigation it changed its name from Planned
Parenthood to Options. When I called Edmonton's Zebra Organization to tell
them of Alberta Heath using Parker I was told Zebra only investigates violent
crimes, not system exploitation!

OUR HEALTH SYSTEMS THAT FIND CHILDREN ATTRACTIVE.

While I do believe it is an issue of simple human lust and not a darker matter
we do know of the Ward nurses caught surfing child porn at the major

Psychiatrists that work for Alberta's Heath Authorities at the huge creepy

State Hospital Psychologist Joseph Belanger after a decade of writing

and submitting reports on so-called sex offenders resigned after he was
caught subscribing to child porn sites.

Politician Robert McKee was an anti-child porn crusader just like Harper,
Nicholson, Toews, Tories. McKee sponsored an ACT to collect DNA from
so-called sex offenders and he sponsored a Child Protection from Child
Predators ACT 'and yet' he was later caught possessing child porn.

Governor Elliot Spitzer fought corruption so well that people named him
"Mr. Clean" and he even lectured at Harvard University on Ethics and yet
he had to resign after allegations of him being involved in a prostitution
ring.

The highly honoured Stanley Burkhart the HEAD of child porn cases was
also after many years found possessing it.

Dennis Mikko presided over child porn cases set against others since
1997 before he was accused of possessing it.

Member of Parliament Jorg Taus was found possessing child porn yet
was given a criminal record with no jail time ! -The Judge in the case
stated; "The defendant has been punished enough by the trial!"

It was also Stephen King the child pornography 'expert' who lectured the
Metropolitan Police on how to protect children and who recommended
sentences for those found viewing the porn YET who also was later found
possessing child porn.

This is the nature of things and this witch-hunting in hypocrisy is the common
reality while many within the Government are hiding their attraction to youth

This is so very serious. I say again that it must be that none in authority

Alberta Officer S. Hugget worked for Calgarys force for 25 years before he was

Chris Hansen and NBC Dateline I must say is guilty of witch-hunting in

hypocrisy. - In using the human decoys to sexually stimulate those being
marked as child predators it is manifest evidence that Chris Hansen, the
decoys and all that work together with them are gaining vicarious pleasure in
working to catch these men. -In using a decoy to sexually stimulate these men
is evidence that proves NBC Dateline, Chris Hansen and the decoys are
hypocrites. - Yes this confirms Chris Hansen represses an attraction to youth.

The propaganda that we see from Governments is like what you see from
certain talk show hosts. The nature of such smacks of a blend of arrogance and
haughtiness. Such are they that sound a trumpet (to gossip) on TV disguised
as righteous indignation.They act like hero's in a way that disguises a devilish
delight in diatribe. In interviews such in their reputation obesity throw their
weight around in loud mouth ways to threaten that propaganda will be used.
Such do that to keep others from rising above what they say and proving them
wrong. They drop their ogre ugly opinions like verbal tear gas to blind the eyes
of others while they have their tentacles all over the conversation.

The Government & Media work propaganda like Richard Dawson on The
Running Man In real life hypocrites accused Arnold Schwarzenegger of
groping 6 females and accused him of having sex with Gigi Goyette when she
was a teen. Some have chose to mark him as a child predator because of
those records and because as Governor he chose to stand for same sex
marriages and chose to sign the pedophile Protection Act. Jerry Lee Lewis had
sex with his 12 year-old 2nd cousin who he also married when she was 13 and
yet he never faced any charge. That fact proves the hypocrisy of the U.S. &
Canada. R&B rapper Kelly married a 15 year-old yet the marriage was
annulled. Kelly was also charged with possessing child porn. The charges were
dropped.

Who would think that Conan the Barbarian would have the Public mark him in
such ways. Michael Jackson was accused many times of molesting children
and millions mourned his death. Famous actor Woody Allen was accused of
taking nude photos of his adopted daughter for sexual purposes and accused
of molesting another daughter of the age of 7. The charges never went to trial.
The reality is that in light of my report if Jerry Lewis, Schwarzenegger, Robert
Kelly and Woody Allen were all to join in an orgy with consenting 12-year-olds
the Government would be hypocrites to lay charges against them.

The question that people ought to be asking is what happened to the minds of

Are those in the media that have been caught part of the hidden culture? How
about FOX News producer Aron Bruns who was caught possessing child porn
or FOX TV technician Michael Wildridge who was caught? Or how about
ESPN news writer Jeremy Green who was caught or Radio News Network
Coordinator Steve Babik?

If Fox news and Glenn Beck are truly honest then they will admit that my report

Well known Journalist Lawrence Matthews was a 30-year veteran of radio

still retained the support of journalism groups. How about ABC TV Host
Andy Muirhead who was caught? - These few examples are a sign of the truly
great prevalence of those in the Media that have this desire.

It was not odd but a sign of the prevalence when freelance reporter Kenneth
Michael Kelly was found possessing child porn. Kenneth wrote of his interviews
with President George H.W. Bush and with Conservative Anita Bryant. It is also
a sign of the prevalence that Washington's Award-winning Radio editor
David Malakoff was found with child porn. In debasing many parents Journalist
Judith Levine suggested that other media project their fears and their own
desires for infantile flesh onto people labelled as degenerates!

The Government have been conspiring with media AND any that have
knowledge of what I know to block me from being heard and so my fight to save
lives and to reveal critical facts & truths of evidence is not only against the Gov't
but also media.

This reminds of the several hundred liberal journalists hiding politically

damaging info with respect to Jeremiah Wright and {B.O.} 'that we now know
of'. - For more than a year the journalists conspired to hide the record and to
manipulate the news for a partisan end, and even Professors of institutions are
said to be in on the scandal. There is not much reason for the public to trust the
Media after hearing that.

On November 14th 2009 on the matter of media covering Parliament Toronto

Star Columnist James Travers proclaimed that in many ways Media is an un-
indicted co-conspirator in the problems of our democracy.

Travers proclaimed that Parliament is not much more than democracy's theme

say and how to vote.

Travers spoke of those that find it delicious making the simple complex. Travers

media audience warned that CBC and Mansbridge appear to be working for the
conservatives rather than for impartial news coverage. I am not saying I have
lost faith in CBC yet the truth will be manifest if in the future I share evidence.

Travers stated that some of the Media are un-indicted co-conspirators and that
others simply believe that the Wizard of Oz is true and don't perceive the little
man behind the curtain.

Travers stated that the public ought to be as mad as hell and need to demand
more of him (Traver's) and of others that work in the media. I guess that I can
hold Travers to that in the future if I seek the Star towards the evidence I am
working on preparing.

Although I believe there are Sun reporters that may be impartial towards any

for many years of acting as a scribe for SunMedia and as a loyal and faithful

Canadians need to ask why?

Governments and media seek to cause an exercise of believing that police

sharing in certain experiences equates into most becoming honourable. That is
a fallacy, their working patterns do not largely form honourable likenesses to
each other in that cookie cutter way. There is not any guarantee that people in
uniforms are upright or experiencing any more than (transportations) of
unknown natures that may be anything. It is not sound to simply attribute
honourable character to thousands simply because they served as an officer. It
is also a great danger to spread such a belief.

It is dangerous since it overrides principles of trust and programs people

to accept the appeal to "authority fallacy".
That opens the system to widespread system corruption and abuse of
power. People that have a sound mind would have fear or a sense of concern
living under that. A corrupt Government would see public participation in such
an exercise as a green light to advance domination and corruption. Such a
green light being very valuable, any threatening that would become a target
for propaganda. Isolating and having one treated as a suspect thru
spurious suspicions or marked as mental are the two tactics.

One thing that Canadians need to keep in mind is that fallacious reasoning is
"convenient". In that Governments and media entertain the public into seeing
things the way the Governments and media want. Finding the truth calls for a
deeper look and so calls for work.

They also race such convenient reasoning and so have the public
swallowing fallacious reasoning as if they were having the public playing
a video game.

They use the "one bad apple" reasoning while not telling the public that
apples share the same design and that one bad apple is a sign of a bad tree.

When people use the fallacy of thinking that because someone puts on a
uniform that it makes them honourable they become a threat to others since it
induces people into accepting that honour is put together or assembled
and so induces people into accepting what is artificial and so far from virtuous.

The message that gives is that people are to accept that police have a
licence to abuse power. - It is because the spread of inducing that fallacy
through media that often people are Justified in their fear against the
Government and the police.

Canadians ought to fear that conspirators within the Sun Media removed
those words, and games were played as an insulting message would appear
for me to see and then disappear seconds after. There are dangerous people
with moderator abilities working through the Sun.

In the moderators committing the brutal acts of having insults appear and
seconds later having the insults disappear I have become victimized through

Olympic games athlete John David Burnes, John Nevers who received an
award from the Department of Education, Alberta Astrophysicist Robin
Phillips, Vietnam War Hero Wade R Sanders who received a Purple Heart,
Silver Star and Bronze Medal. Since such people are found finding youth
attractive don't turn and tell me this is not rich within the Government !

People's Exhibit B) is (child) strip search scanners with hard-drives, USB ports,
Ethernet ports and changeable privacy settings.

Based on the instructions from Homeland Security, a directive was issued by

the TSA on October 29 2010. That directive instructed all TSA screening
agents to perform enhanced pat down searches that involve the actual
groping of womens breasts and the genitalia of children. Our Government
is following behind the U.S. with the groping and scanners.

There is also the matter of DHS documents described as conceptual

discussions about trial deployments of full body scanners to non-aviation
public locations, such as sports stadiums, schools and malls.
It appears the intent is to eventually install strip search scanners there. But first,
the public must be conditioned to accept their use at airports, (as at our

With respect to the Harper and his Tories following the U.S. the report of 15
year-old Carly Finn, of Canada Ontario is a good example as a CATSA security
guard decided to randomly pick Carly for a search that included her breasts and
inner thighs.

It was after the teen girl already made it through the routine security zone.

Carla stated; "I felt violated, I was scared," After the groping the security
official uttered creepy words. The Mother stated; "She was "groped" for no
apparent reason. I am so upset at myself for letting it happen. I feel like I let

Doctors are seen as uncommon people -because of the many years they spent
learning to care for the bodies and well-being of people. Security are seen as
common.

There is not a single reason to believe that security guards are anymore
trustworthy with young girls bodies than tv repair men, Mr. Sub employees,
plumbers, pizza delivery drivers, janitors, bank-tellers, store clerks and carpet
cleaners.

Letting common people grope children opened wide {180 degrees} the risk of
children being touched for sexual purposes which is a complete contradiction to

In that Harper's Conservative Government have given the

message that although people working for the Government as
security officials will touch children for sexual purposes it is not
believed they are a danger as they do.

In that the Government for certain have given the message that
['short acts' of molesting children is not a danger] and given the
message that [touching children while they are not aware of it is
not a danger to them unless one has a violent sexual past.]

Examine the logic on all that I have written of on this matter

and you will see that for certain the Government have given
those two messages.

All of that (profoundly confirms) that the Government have

been using W.H.laws and that the Government containing
hidden highly evolved cultures is working to have all
unhindered control of its desires.

When the Government and it's security are touching the sexual parts of children
they name it; "getting tough on terrorism" and when private citizens do it they
name it molestation.

On the matter of the scanners, according to an article by Bradley Farless

images may be taken and simple photo editing could reverse the colours to
create accurate colour nude images. Privacy advocates found through filing
Freedom of Information requests that the U.S Congress's TSA through its
Homeland Security actually requires all body scanners it purchases to be able
to store and 'send' images of children when in "test mode." (Send to who?)
Before Congress permitting that & the groping of childrens sexual parts -Peter
W. North of Homeland Security was found possessing child porn. All of this is
quite the picture and it is not logical to believe that our money loving
Government is any more innocent in the picture.

Are people really so foolish that they believe that those in power that are
controlling everything do so only to prevail in sophisticated debates and fine
dining? It is people that protect the Govt's sexual secrets that appear hell-bent
on spreading unbelief towards 'even the possibility' of there being Government
sexual secrets, and I for certain have find that nature worsens or sinks lower
when we are speaking of children.
According to ALTHIA RAJ, Parliamentary Bureau - MPs want to keep their
books firmly shut from public view to stop Canadians from learning how
many parliamentarians are being sued by former staff for sexual
harassment. - MP Zabo said; “If you identify the member all of a sudden
people could say what’s wrong with this member, he is getting sued all the
time,”.-In defending against the publics right to ask that question Zabo
incriminated himself and all of Canada's Politicians.

The U.S. Marshals Service recently made news when it admitted that it had in
a hidden way stored more than 35,000 images made from a scanner in a
Florida courthouse-according to Sam Ritchie of the ACLU. EPIC filed two
lawsuits against Homeland Security over the scanners, claiming DHS refused
to release at least 2,000 images it has stored from airport scanners. All of
this may have already become a great distribution of child porn through people
in power.

Not being honest about the scanners image storing & sending capabilities and
permitting security to grope the sexual parts of children confirms the
Governments are designing ways to control children for sexual purposes! Even
if they did not hide that the scanners have image storing & sending capabilities
it is not stable and the scanners give the Government what is too near to the
real nakedness of womans & childrens bodies and so is a contradiction to the
passed voyeurism laws. As for the Governments groping, what is next, will
they give Marshals & Security primae noctis as in the movie Brave Heart.

The senate in the U.S. is seeking to pass Matthew Shepards Hate Crime
Protection Act. -The Act is being sponsored by senate majority leader Ted
Kennedy and supported by Obama's administration! -The Act until now was first
labeled S.909. The amendment is said to mirror a House Bill H.R 1913. The
Senators Act equates into decriminalizing sex with children, child porn, and

EVIDENCE THAT PREMIER STELMACH & HIS MINISTER's FIND YOUNG

Premier Stelmach showed what is in his heart when he acted as if he had a

license to let his minister Elinski speak in naughty ways towards 14 year-old
girls when he (Did not fire his minister and considered the matter closed.)

Elinski posted the sexual messages towards the grade 9 girls on the internet on
June 13 2009.
Hypocrisy is seen further in his Alberta Edmonton Court system. Judge John
Agrios acquitted Christopher Legare of luring a 12-yr-old girl, ruling that the
relationship must go beyond dirty sexual talk.

It shows that Premier Stelmach and his judges chose to accept that which
equates into legalizing child porn since the unprecedented ruling is to permit
sexual flirting between preteens and those above 18 on the internet ! ! !

magazine an author wrote; Gil McGowan, President of the Alberta Federation

pornography, mass sterilizations, medical experiments, and sexual terrorism by

outside of the churches. Sexual abuse was the order of the day for both girls
and boys. Unexpected pregnancies were often a further excuse for punishment
by death, and so killing the infant teen Mothers and any that knew about that.

Also hearing that there were kidnappings by the RCMP is not hard to believe;

know of the belief that RCMP officer Justine Harris and 9 other RCMP had sex

I appreciate the evidence that Kevin Annett has been diligent in gathering and I
respect that his intention is to stop harm to others yet I do not trust any
crusader that only shouts child abuse. Those that do that even in the name of
God lose much of a greater picture. My Great Final Report gives a true

The following is a an EMAIL sent to me on January 15th 2011 from one of
Kevin Annett's close friends Carrie Lester who read part of what I wrote on the
matter from my facebook wall.

Carrie emailed me saying; Hello, "I have just read your comments to the recent
Edmonton Sun article about residential schools. How wonderful it was that they
even printed your comments, which included much reference to Kevin Annett, a
dear friend of mine."

Kevin Annett's friend appears to have found pleasure in matters and issues that
I wrote of on my facebook wall. - I do not know if there is a oneness of heart
and mind there but as I have written before -I honour any that honour the
teachings in my report.

Any that think they are honest yet that deny my report are not honest enough
and there is not any such fear of what others think with me.

THE FOLLOWING WILL SHOW THAT CONDEMNING CONSENSUAL

CHILD SEX AND CHILD PORN VIEWING IS BEING USED AS A
(DIVERSION) TO BURY AND CONCEAL THE MATTER OF [INCEST] AND
TO HIDE THE MATTER OF GOVERNMENT CULTURES THAT ARE INTO
CHILD SEX AND CHILD PORN.

It is known that nearing all sexual abuse against children is committed by family
members or relatives and most is never reported YET contrary to that the
Government have been saying that blocking child porn shuts out sexual
offenders. (Its like delivering flyers to a city of whorehouses to tell them that
they will be cracking down on prostitutes to keep the community safe for them.)
*Prohibiting nude images from the net does not separate children from the
families wherein 98% of abuse happens. Why are they foaming lies up to
people's doorsteps when in truth heartbreaking images of children crying and
images of rape -are not from third parties but from sadistic incestuous Fathers
and from others within the family circle?

King Arthur had a child with his sister Morgause. Cleopatra VII married two of
her younger brothers The Incas and the Hawaiians also practiced incest in their
royal families. In the Roman-Egyptian census, brother-sister marriage accounts
for about 20 percent. In some Amerindian societies in the Arctic, mothers would
routinely stroke the penises of their sons.

Incest was not prohibited in eighteenth-century English society. 'For much of

the nineteenth century, father and daughter incest was understood to take
place among all classes. Research today indicates that 46% of children who
are raped are victims of family members (Langan and Harlow, 1994). 11% of
rape victims are raped by their fathers or step-fathers. That is apart from the
further hidden reality of incestuous relationships and fondling.
There are signs everywhere of the prevalence. France dropped incest from the
penal code under Napoleon 200 years ago. The Netherlands chose to not
prosecute consensual incest. Sweden has allowed marriage between siblings
who share a parent. In Brazil, an uncle and niece may have a relationship
provided they undergo health checks. In parts of the US, first cousins may
marry if they are of the reproductive age. Vice President D. Cheney apologized
for saying that the State of West Virginia is prone to incest!

William Saletan of Slate Magazine in writing of gays wrote that legally and
morally there is essentially no difference between the two, and went on to
support incest between consenting adults as being covered by a legal right to
privacy. UCLA law professor Eugene Volokh has made similar arguments.

I will not ever agree with that. Family members must not be sexual towards
each other in order to abide as a family.

In my three-year examination into dress-wear I have witnessed over 4000

fathers and older siblings flirting with daughters and sisters. Often the dress
wear was of an erotic or sensual design. This is the clothing sold for preteens
that our Government authorizes. We know there is very often no real
measurable difference when children wear bathing suits and when they wear
underwear. Most Parents act as if opening their children to being seen in
underwear is to open them to being used in a sexual way and as if it is to attract
predators. In that it is contrary that parents act as if they do not see the
swimwear in the same way.

The nature of these two contrary acts show that most Parents are opening their
children in sexual ways for themselves and/or for others. Is it possible that some
Parents are innocent in letting their children wear the bikini-wear in public?
It is possible yet it not probable because of the mighty narrow restricting way
Parents are known to guard their children from being seen in their underwear.

That is for certain a clue that tells us of what is happening in human nature.

While people hiding that they are in one way or another using their own child
that they find attractive [-feigning protection of the child slows selfish guilt as
does doing good things for their children-] and so parents that are in any way
incestuous towards their children will appear very protective of their children
and very giving. If the children see an attraction and accept that they will
play into the parents protective feigning, and that is a real danger to strangers.

In that we see that Parents witch-hunt and use propaganda to guard incest. -
Evolving Government cultures are doing the same. What is interesting also is that
Journalist Judith Levine suggested that parents are projecting their fears and their
own desires for infantile flesh onto people labelled as degenerates!
The ways that preteens & teens are dressing for the public and the ways
parents are dressing younger children for the Public's eyes is often as the
dressing practices found on the internet preteen modelling sites that are highly
sexual & sensual in their designs.

These sites have been on the net for years and are extremely easy for any to
find and access. It is so easy that all any need to do is type in preteen model.

Since these sites show sexual images of children in sexual and sensual dress-
wear -is the Government guilty for not blocking them or removing them? NO,
the Government would be guilty if it blocked or removed these sites, and would
be guilty even if the sites lead to nude images. -It is not the legal right of the
Government to block or remove such sites. The reality is it would equate into
the Government becoming guilty of crimes of sexual abuse, extortion, criminal
mischief, conspiracy and fraud if it were to block or remove such sites.

The Government also does not prove a thing in blocking sites since we know
that Germany's Government did and yet as you will see it sexually massages

People like Dr. Judith Reisman' also feed the harm. Social contagion or her
monkey-see monkey-do rubbish does not exist. Attraction to youth is natural
and inherent as lust in all humans. Youth likewise have desires and sexual
intelligence. The really great danger is denying that to hide incest. Reisman is
in denial while she plays the game of Honey I Shrunk the Child Porn with her
conscience.

Reisman said that someone who sees no connection between "legal" porn and
child porn is "in denial." Well, that statement condemns the Canadian
Government that legalizes porn as it condemns the whole world that views it.

Do you hear that Prime Minister Harper, that equates into Reisman saying that
your legalization of any porn proves you and your Conservatives are pretending
that you are against lolita porn.

I having studied thousands of images on the net and I have not experienced the
so-called 'mirror neuron' matter. - In September of 2009 I faxed Harper's
Federal Justice Minister and his Department of Justice to let them know that I
would view any images that I wish, and I warned that any suggestion from them
that I do not have the right I would consider a criminal conspiracy. I have not
proven all I have to be tied to their fraudulent laws. It is 1 year and 6 months
later and none have bothered me. It is not a matter of children wearing explicit
adult wear, the clothing designs that the youth wear are sold in the clothing
stores for youth.
We now have the defense of prostitution rights. Much of the same logic on
stigmatic assumptions may be used on the reality of consensual child sex
and child porn viewing that Chris Brucket used in Ottawa on Nov 29th 2010,
and if she denies it then she is a liar as would be Carleton University if they do.

Not decriminalizing child sex and child porn has & will continue to equate
into torture, experimentation, murder, abduction and mind control

There is the real danger that those for the prostitution are for it to advance the

UNICEF reported that across the world, there are over one million children
entering the sex trade every year UNICEF UK. 2004, January 28). Studies
indicate that child prostitutes serve anywhere between 100 to 1500 clients per

Although the world may be (full) of prostitutes the far greater hidden danger to
our world is in the matter of incest.

There is not any doubt in my mind the numbers are tremendously higher than
the 16000 new cases annually in the U.S. that Finkelhor reported in 1983.
Professor Richard Gardener wrote in 1987; Sexual abuse of some girls by their
fathers is sometimes consciously or unconsciously sanctioned by their
mothers." Although I see much of what Gardener wrote as false he was correct
with respect to that matter and others matters.

In the early 1970s Warren Farrell who was a part of the National Organization
for Women (NOW) flying back to New York from a conference stated that his
research suggested that incest might be beneficial. That is not the view of
one man. It is the view of an incestuous evolution spreading throughout
North America & other nations.

In his December 1977 Penthouse interview online he stated that parents

who are not "genitally caressing" their children "are repressing the
sexuality of a lot of children and themselves." Warren Farrell was
spreading that such contact is "part of the family's open, sensual style of

In July of 2007 I gave a faxed report to Stelmach's MLA's on child porn to prove
to him that leaders find youth attractive since a man named D.L.C. that I knew
committed suicide after telling me that the Government is responsible for
messing with the wires in his head! -DLC told me that he hid for many years
that he found children attractive and he said that the Government turned him
into a monster through acting as if none of that was natural. The man told me
that he was able to sense a witch-hunting spirit damaging him from when he
was in his teens. -The man told me that he did not simply think but that he knew
the Government was causing it to spread through the media and society and
that it turned him into a monster.

On Sept 13th 2008 I faxed Harper's Justice Minister Rob Nicholson a form
of the preliminary report that I gave Ed Stelmach in 2007. -It is preposterous to
believe that Ed Stelmach, Prime Minister Harper & Justice Minister Nicholson
were not talking to each other after that 2008 fax! - July 20th 2009 (ten months
later) Harper's Minister Rob Nicholson wrote thanking me for my 2nd last report
update. Harper and Rob had ten months to talk of my report with Stelmach.
Remember, Manitoba Premier Gary Doer also thanked me twice in a July 2009
letter and even wrote that he took the liberty of passing on a copy of my report
to his Justice Minister Dave Chomiak.
THE FOLLOWING GIVES HOST TO THE MONSTER HE SAID THE GOVERNMENT

The following are a part the words of DLC that read like a personal Diary of horrors.
The following is part of the 10 pages of transcriptions I gave to the Federal Government.
I gave the DLC's transcriptions in faxes to Harpers Justice Minister near the beginning of
2009, on May 18 2009, July 1st 2009, August 28th 2009 and December.22nd 2009.

DLC wrote; "I DLC would like to confess that I had watched SGC sing a song to a child
(and her Mother-Song; Baby Blue) showing care to the child downtown a few years ago
and I was jealous about that because I had lustful temptations towards little girls..[Pg. 8 of
DLC's words]-Since the first day I met Shawn Shawn would talk about why lust was wrong.-
Brought teen porn magazines and asked Shawn to look at them to define what was wrong
about looking at them. Shawn was always looking to study the difference between healthy
and unhealthy pleasure. Studying human nature is what Shawn did."

DLC considered himself to be a master of deceiving people. He said that I had greater
understanding than anyone he ever seen and he said that his belief was that I was the only
one in the world able to prove that Governments and people find youth attractive.

Any Government reverse onus concept on people under any nation is now mortified since I
have proven that the paramount and revolutionary truth is that the Governments and
systems are into all that they have been accusing others of. In that, onus on the public that
is of a sexual nature towards children is void. When I say I have mortified the matter I am
saying that all I have proven causes shame, humiliation and death to the Governments
reverse onus claims against people. What I am telling you of is the evil formation of an
onus game that was set against the inhabitants of the earth.

What is also key is that the politicians caught or accused are of the same sort that find the
time to debate in the House, sit in the committee meetings, vote to pass bills, answer media
questions, have interviews, and do photo’s with their families. Those caught or accused
have shown that they have great abilities to educate and that they are able to host and
support many social activities. Those in the system that have been caught or accused have
found the time to achieve great things, succeed in getting elected, and write books.

Continuing on with the story, DLC met a Minister of God who told him he was cursed if he
didn't stop lying. He recorded confessions at public places to reconcile his conscience. In
one of his last confessions he stated that he believed he committed the unpardonable sin.

In one confession he stated; "Another scam is that I speak in a way to show knowledge but
only in a way that still makes me look slow so that others will think I can reach a place of
knowledge & understanding but only in that special way to make me look slow -so I'll never
be guilty of anything. I've got a lot of understanding and a lot of wit to me, I f#cking feel that
I can get away with it and literally anything. i've done that for years and done it to Shawn
Cullen so I could get away with...(crimes).
DLC stated; "I f#cking fooled my whole family to the point where they don't even
know who I am. [DLC went on to say that he used cruel & psychotic mind games to
hold me to him and that his plan was to make me appear one with him.] He also
stated; "I believe that the system is easily f#cking milked..I don't believe the psych
tests that they put people through can be trusted at all because the system is
screwed." He stated that the secret sadism in his life turned to secret acts of
masochistic practices because of the system, and it led him to fellowshipping with
Satan worshippers that he met on white ave.

DLC shared that the Government turned him into a monster through messing with
the wires in his head in acting as if having an attraction to those under 18 was not
natural. He spoke of mind games he would play. [On pg 8 & 9] -the transcription
reads; "Im very similar to the chainsaw massacre!" -But you wouldn't actually stick
body parts inside of jars? -DLC "No I wouldn't..I just play f#cking cruel f#cking mind
games..which is a form of abuse and criminal offence and is someone who has a
criminal mind!"

In telling of his life he stated; "When I was 25 years old I went and beat a
porcupine to death with a stick (to have sex with it). I beat it a multiple of 12 times
and broke it's jaw off, and I knew that it died a cruel death because it was huffing &
puffing and panting and trying to do everything it could to live. And I would go also
to the neighbours farm dressed up in dark clothing so I wouldn't be seen to have
sex with the dead live-stock."

DLC then told of how he said that he'd be willing to smash another person over the
head with a rock to kill them if it would mean that he could run off with their children
to have sex with them.

DLC told me that he would never have turned into what he was if the Government
were not messing with the wires in his head in acting as if having an attraction to
those under 18 was not natural. He saw that as the cause of other possessive cases
.

The man was set on wanting answers and wanting to cause harm. Knowing that I
study human nature he used me to define teen porn magazines, used me to define
his attraction to animals, and used me to define children and the way they dress.

The man confessed to being sadistic. If he were to poison people it would not be to
kill. It would be to have people searching for the antidote. The man gave a sworn
confession that he was acting as a palette to play games against others. DLC
confessed to committing mischief and to using extortion.

On pg10 of the video transcriptions you will see that DLC stated; "why would I
(DLC) be willing to face public humiliation and to be looked at as a predator and as
a public enemy if all that I have to say is not the truth?"
Although the man knew he was what he was, the matter that the Government
have hidden is that it is responsible for turning DLC into what he said he turned
into -through them messing with the wires in his head in acting as if it is not
natural to find youth attractive. DLC also told me of how he touched the children
of his relatives at birthday parties and that none knew. DLC confessed much
much more and he gave me all legal rights to his confessions that are
paramount, to do with as I wish. (Video&Written)

I suspect that the plan of the Government was to hope my report would fail and
in that be able to use it as propaganda. A report that is out of order and not
complete is not effectual.

It is as an ad hominem circumstantial attack, or ad hominem circumstantiae,

which is an attack directed at the circumstances or situation of the arguer.

My report is complete and Paramount and it now contains part of the testimony
of DLC. They did not want you to know of that since DLC told me that the
Government turned him into a monster thru messing with the wires in his head
and the Government did not want you to hear of that man telling of my singing
to children and of him saying that he was jealous of the love that he saw that I
have for children.

In all of DLC's video recordings and the Sept 11th letter he would end in saying
that he was telling the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth before God.

As DLC stated on pg10; "Why would I be willing to face public humiliation and to
be looked at as a predator and as a public enemy if all that I have to say is not
the truth?"

The Adam of the Government's labours DLC gave sworn testimony proclaiming
to the world that he was a sexual predator while proclaiming that he was
jealous of the love and care that I SGC have for children. If any would know a
fellow child predator it would be DLC and after years of knowing me he gave
sworn testimony proclaiming his envy that I was not one. You may see why
the Government did not want you to know that.

The Gov't know I'm not on any medication and do not have any MD or (MP)
talking to me of the torture or harm the man confessed to causing to my life.
It is hard to believe that since 2006 I did not receive one listening ear.

The disgrace of Harper's Government is seen in that his Federal Offices had
faxes of the transcriptions for months (before I received their two-page July
20th letter of thanks in response to my GFR report.) I have suffered the deepest
harm in them having their heads in the sand. For 10 months before the July
20th letter of thanks Harper's Government also had a version of my GFR that I
gave Stelmach in 2007.
As any may see this shows they are liars when they say they put victims first.
For months Ignatieff and his liberals also had what I gave the Government
before they vanished in December of 2009.

I am able to prove telephone communications I had with his liberal Offices from
Oct.14th/09 through to Dec.10th/09.

The Senate had my GFR for a while through Lorna Milne before the Senator's
Office lied in telling me she was retiring in December.

When I began proving the system contains hidden evolving cultures that are
into child sex and child porn I lost every Charter Right. –

Not returning my calls and hiding is evidence of their tartuffery, guilt and mutiny
against their duties as MP's.

The Government did not offer me any financial restitution. Either they think I am
Superman or they have been conspiring to have me act in anger against them
as one that would snap from suffering the provocation of pain and mourning
caused or they deny since to act in accordance with my Charter Rights in any
way would be for them to have to face crimes & scandals that they are guilty of.
It is hard to say the way I feel. It is as if my soul was chewed and as if I was

Remember also the February 16 th letter that I received from Prime Minister
Harper’s MP Lauries Hawn.

They've truly lost all credibility!

I feel like I am as Spock in the 2nd film who had to enter in to face a
geyser of radiation in order to fix the warp drive. - Radiation is easier to
swallow than the Politicians lies.

I have experienced the presence of the Holy Spirit many times and it wasn't from some
hyper-biological discharge or unstable gene transporters! IN 2009 I RECEIVED A
LETTER FROM A MINISTER of God who I never met after I sent him $10 dollars
with a request for prayer. The Minister asked me to keep what he wrote confidential. I
see what he wrote as miraculous and very profound and so I need to share what he
wrote. I have chosen to keep his name confidential. He wrote saying that he had a
Prophecy to share and he wrote that it was under an anointing he‘d not felt in 40 years.

If all I have written of towards the nations leaders and system were far from the
truth then I would not have been given the Prophesies.
The following is what the Minister wrote;

A VERY REAL PROPHECY: "When I sat straight up in bed God was
speaking to me about you Shawn. People think they know you but you
have been keeping most things to yourself. You are a kind person and
make people feel good at 'important' times but no-one knows the real
you! People hurt you and just go on their way like nothing happened.
Deep inside you are very sensitive. In a vision God let me see that you are
a person who has a lot of heart and a lot of courage in spite of many

In order to test the Government's hypocrisy, I wrote to Harper's Justice Minister
to warn of The Blue Lagoon. (I kept the fax confirmations.)

The girl wears no shirt and walks in her underwear on the beach and is seen
swimming naked in clear water. The older man in a weak way tells her to put
her clothes on and the girl says "no" voicing that she wants to be nude. The
movie is rich in sensual messages and as that abounds further into the film
other sexual messages appear. Any may pause the film and would have child
porn. I warned the Tories ((for more than a year)) and they did not do a thing.
((In that they are in violation of their own child porn laws.)) Legalized child porn

It is always ART when the Government televises child porn movies for people
of all ages to watch. -We have seen that in the weekend movie "At Play In The
Fields Of The Lord." - The film contained sex scenes with the native girls 'that
followed scenes of young native teen & preteen girls splashing naked in the
shallow water while actor Tom Berenger walked naked towards them to share
in the play. - Following that was Tom Berenger walking towards naked actress
Daryl Hannah to kiss her. Many scenes then contained the native preteen girls
running around in complete nakedness. - Well , since the Tories want to be
hypocrites towards online porn then keep in mind that the Tories are all guilty of
televising child pornography.

The matter of child porn has been a part of our television viewing through many
films for decades. The movie "Pretty Baby is one example; BrookShields was
12 years old when she appeared nude in that film. In some of the scenes she
also wore a G-String.
One of the later movies is the 2004 film "The Woodsman" starring Kevin Bacon.

We also have the 1985 movie Pale Rider where the 14 year-old girl was telling
Clint Eastwood that she wanted him to make love to her. I do not have the least

In the 1984 movie The River Rat -Tommy Lee Jones did a scene with 12-year-
old Martha Plimpton who was nude in the water while communicating to

In 2004 Nicole Kidman starred in the movie Birth which included a scene that
however has it appear as if she is sexually interested in a boy of 10 that she is

In the movie "Under Suspicion" Gene Hackman played the lawyer who stated

about teenage girls, We loved them then, why should anything change now?

choosing porn as the top things that they seek to access on the internet. This
reflects the 2007 University of Alberta study that revealed that 70% of girls of
the age 13 having many reasons to keep their net practices hidden (admitted)
that they access porn and 90% of boys of which 1 in 3 confessed to being
heavy porn users. Also market-wire revealed in 2006 that 65% of U.S. teens in
high-school admitted to practicing child porn and other illegal porn surfing.

Temptation is curiosity and curiosity is temptation. Curiosity is a desire to know

are young and so those years are a part of the growing sexual curiosity in

There are so many examples that people hear of like that of the 19-year-old
student Michelle A. T. Grafton who admitted she made a false report that she
had been abducted and repeatedly raped. -Behold , (The teen girl testified

Times British case of the 8 year-old girl who (in tears) told the story that she
had been raped and of how yet later confessed that there was no rape and that
she felt naughty and so pulled down her pants to commit acts with the two boys

I believe that the famous Child Sex Psychologist Professor Richard Gardner
was confused about many things and was tortured in his mind through his work
to prove the sexual nature of the Government and tortured through the

Professor Gardner was very correct when he stated on the nature of sex;

Bucket spoke of the NEWS filled with reports of exploitation that Buckert

"deeply troubling".

Chris also marked it as "schizophrenic" that Governments act as one may be

people with the most profound knowledge are

It is interesting that I heard that televised from Ottawa
since some of the most profound things ever I have written

marked as such and sentenced to life in prison. He was the last human being in
Canada to be arrested, charged, prosecuted, convicted and placed in prison

denied him, and within 6 weeks after his conviction through P. Trudeau it was
decriminalized.

Professor Higgs of John Hopkins Univ. wrote; "no emotion can compete with fear

to her on the matter of the missing girls and committed some sort of trespass or
fraud in giving the 10 million to the RCMP!

images of girls that are one hour older you may work for the Government
handling child porn and have a licience to work with kids. You will have

examples prove that Harper's Tories are deceiving millions thru their laws

In August of 2006 Harper's MP Vic Toews told reporters that he was

willing to consider lowering the age of criminal responsibility in Canada
from twelve to 10 years old. "He did not rule out jail sentences for 10 year-
olds!' It stands to reason that since he considers 10-yr-olds able to bear &
endure having to be that responsible for their choices, "that criminally
responsible" then Vic Toews must believe that teens are responsible for
their sexual choices.

The consideration is so contrary to their sex laws that It confirms the

Harper's and Nicholson's 'Sebastian Law' is designed to get tough on

youth gang violence and to hold 14-year-olds responsible. That is not
logical since they are saying that a 14-year-old is responsible for their

and extorsive environment of gang life while contrary to that saying that a
14-year-old is not 'able' to consent to sexual practices. The sting of that
nut-ball contradiction is numbing!

Perhaps youth would not be in gangs if the government were not playing

Tories say that sexual "victims" that do sexual things to others must face
'the punishment' of prison. That is not logical since if exploitation is the

predator or sex offender.

crowd and the woman was set free to return to the streets with no

been accused of defending only high profile people caught.

Jerry Lee Lewis had sex with his 12 year-old 2nd cousin who he also
married when she was 13 and yet he never faced any charge. That fact
proves the hypocrisy of the U.S. & Canada. R&B rapper Kelly married a 15
year-old yet the marriage was annulled. Kelly was also charged with
possessing child porn. The charges were dropped. Swarzenegger who
starred as Conan the Barbarian was accused of having sex with Gigi
Goyette in violation of child sex laws. Michael Jackson was accused
many times of molesting children and millions mourned his death.
Famous actor Woody Allen was accused of taking nude photos of his
adopted daughter for sexual purposes and accused of molesting another
daughter of the age of 7. The charges never went to trial.

WHO ARE THE REAL ANIMALS?

Some in Healthcare may appear cute and clean like furry Raccoons that
are always washing food to ensure all is clean and yet Racoons are the
most common carriers of rabies in the wild.

Others in our Healthcare are as grey skinned bottlenose Dolphins, one of

the most intelligent mammals on planet earth and yet reports abound
from all over the globe showing that the Dolphins are known to be so

The huge Basking shark with its wide-open mouth may appear as a Great
White Shark to some but it is a completely harmless filter feeder full of
playful curiosity that is known to be tolerant of nearby boats and people.

Political liars want you to live in fear of it even though it is easy to teach
people the difference between a Basking Shark and the Great White.
Another example is the Giant African millipede; Using that as an example
the Government would want you to think that because it looks like a
snake that you ought to fear it yet it is completely harmless and in other
countries it is considered a cuddling pet.

To kill a mockingbird" is classic movie based on the Harper Lee novel. In

the story touching upon the madness of a taboo is a black man--a
harmless man who becomes a victim of racial prejudice. Like the
mockingbird, the man has never done harm to anyone. Even the jurors
who sentence him to death have nothing against him. They find him guilty
mostly because they feel that to take the word of a black man over two
whites with a false charge of rape would threaten the system they live
under, the system of segregation.

In the movie it was moral laziness that allowed Southern society to have a
double standard of justice. In many ways the Harper story told is like the
Harper Conservative Government that is afraid that acting impartial will
threaten the system that people live under, 'and there is a twist' since

Tom Flanagan, a former top aide to Stephen Harper said that WikiLeaks
publisher Julian Assange ought to be assassinated. (A breach of s. 464 of the
Criminal Code) Calgary police ruled to forward the matter to the Crown
prosecutor's office to Judge whether they are able to handle what he said as a
criminal matter. Assange of the WikiLeaks website is the one who revealed
state secrets. He told the Guardian newspaper in England that Harper's chief of
staff Flanagan should be charged with incitement to commit murder.
Flanagan spoke of Obama putting a contract out on Assange and stated;
"he wouldn't be happy if he "disappeared" and with a laugh said "I think
Assange should be assassinated, actually."

Threats have been testified of from inside the PMO. According to The Hill
Times, a staffer for Harper stated that since Harper has been in Office the PMO
has called him and other staffers to resist ATIP requests. He testified that one
fraudulent excuse was to say that releasing documents would damage
relations with the provinces. The staffer stated that he and others felt forced
to give such excuses. The staffer testified saying; "Staffers who questioned
or resisted faced verbal abuse & thinly veiled threats against them".

Alberta Premier Stelmach's MLA Fred Horne (second in command) to the

Health Minister spoke to the Head of the Alberta Medical Association
about the state of Stelmach's MLA Dr. Raj Sherman's mental health to
conspire to have him appear as if he has a screw loose (Criminal
Extortion) after he spoke out against Stelmach's handling of Emergencies
and against Stelmach's Reg. Health Authorities handling of Emergencies.

The Head of thoracic surgery Doctor Cairan McNamee alleged in a law

suit against Alberta's Regional Health Authorities that when he spoke out
to Alberta's Conservative Government on the matter of surgery wait times
that the Government and Alberta's Regional Health Authorities told him
that his advocacy would no longer be tolerated and that he needed
emergency psychiatric treatment. McNamee now works in a Boston
Hospital and teaches in Harvard.
Capital Health denied the allegations. Of course Stelmach and his
Regional Health Authorities always deny the allegations.

Officer Babak Goortani who did policing for Harper at the G-20 is charged with
assaulting with a weapon a member of the public who's name is Adam Nobody.

Three are said to be in on the assault. 12 other Officers gave the claim that
they were not able to identify Babak nor identify themselves in the video.

Adam stated; "I still don't understand how twelve police officers who were
around me when I was arrested aren't able to identify anyone." (Adam

trained police witnesses who saw and heard nothing" "This does not bode

The 12 officers that were shown the Bridge video and stills taken from other
videos said they were not able to positively identify themselves nor the three
accused YET it is known that they were in the vicinity of the assault and
Babak's face was visible.

Before the charge against Babak became known Chief Bill Blair was fast and
furious in defending the attack on Adam. Police Chief Bill Blair first asserted
that the police were arresting a violent armed offender and Blair stated that the
video would have shown that if it was not tampered with. Blair stated that the
video was (forensically examined) and that it was absolutely clear that it was
tampered with and edited. He stated that Audio and video had been removed.

John Bridge, the one who caught the video, in a sworn statement testified of
why that wasn't true.) Bridge in a sworn affidavit stated that not a thing was
edited and that he simply turned the camera off for a few seconds in fear of
police moving in his direction, and then flicked it back on. Bridge stated that
Adam had done nothing to threaten or endanger any of the officers nor anyone
in the vicinity.
Blair then retracted his words and stated; "In an effort to demonstrate the
potential significance of the missing audio and video, I said police were
attempting to arrest an armed criminal " .."I have no evidence that he was
armed or violent."

In my view it appears that Toronto Police Chief Blair lied in stating that Adam was
an armed offender and lied in acting as if it the video was tampered with and
edited. This shows the Police Chief and officers conspiring to cover-up criminal
mischief and a violent assault. Also, the cop listed on Adam's false arrest record
gave a badge number that doesn't correspond to anyone on the force.

What all of this shows is the Police Chief and officers committing a form of
organized crime.

Officer Jerry Hove quit in fear of deep corruption within Alberta Edmonton’s
Police force according to a December 2009 report. Hove testified under oath of
corrupt Edmonton Officers and testified of a "code of silence" and that one of
Edmonton's Police Squads threatened to harm "his children" and threatened to
harm him and his wife if he were to tell of crimes the police was committing.

the term ‘deterrent’ since the latter term feeds a breach to sound that
presuming innocence must have.

The only time an investigation may not be known is when the Government
or system know for certain that a crime has been committed and evidence
on a suspect is being confirmed. Letting the suspect know of the
investigation may mean losing him.

If there is not a need to quarantine rights or not a need to hide

an evidence confirming of a “certain” crime then any handling of
appearances must be called an examination and not an investigation.
When Politicians or Authorities use a spurious suspicion on a member of
the public it is an illegal investigation. What is illegal suspicion? When
one judges another they are Judging appearances and so letting a feeling
of being right condemn a reasonable account and letting that shrapnel
and ricochet onto unknowns that may be any precious worth.

The Government and justice system is not to hhaannddllee another under

the suspicion that the one may be a criminal and then later be found
having had violated the way presuming is to work.
Yes if the Government say they have reasonable grounds to handle
another as a criminal or suspect then it must not be found later that
they had evidence or reasonable grounds to presume the one innocent.
If the cops say they hold a ten of hearts it must not be shown after that they
had the so-called suspect's Jack of Hearts in their sight or possession.
The language that rides on the message of catching people is political
propaganda that works to continue possessing the power to subvert lives
using embarrassing appearances. The puzzling fallacies that the
Government may use as such ammunition works to confuse the matter of
unjust laws and works to confuse the simple principle that discretion
calls to quarantine and not to catch people as if presuming they are
criminals. To gain a hold of a possible matter and catching unknown
people is not the same. The Governments mind control is under the
disguise of laws or legal workings that work to have the public enslaved
to the Government circumventing the way the presumption of innocence
must work and function in others. Within that power to subvert is the
power to divert, abduct, exploit and rob.

So-called criminals may be victims if they are sent to prison for what is a
healthcare case. –A damaging act may be from a failing function that works like
a transmogrification through the end cause of a full moon, You do not mark one
a law-breaker that is in need of an operation and antidote. Any that do not
consider this are amiss in their judging.
Some may commit acts if they are Extorted into committing them! There is also
provocation; Self-control grows and needs years to perfect. When the formation
of that is not complete it may be vulnerable to others that seek to over-ride it.
The building of longsuffering works like antibodies! An enemy may seek to
provoke or to cause a toxic working in another human who may not be able to
form the antibodies in time to become immune to it. Humans may sacrifice
themselves when there is a reason to yet when there is abuse to where the one
does not see nor sense any reason in suffering it then it becomes toxic.

Those that are (self)-condemning in judging and condemning others are

guilty of any knowledge of any crime held in their minds and guilty of
any evidence of any criminal matter found held in their minds or
hands. The answer to why is that those that are (self)-condemning do
corrupt things to that knowledge or evidence. They also may be the cause
of such criminal matters.

There are those that judge others that they know are seeking to judge and
condemn others and that are doing that while having a way out.
When people know they are judging such that seek to judge then it is
impossible to be wrong about them. Those that do judge in that righteous
way know that it is impossible to be wrong about someone that is already
self-condemning for judging and condemning others and that are doing
that while having a way out.

We do not want to confuse fighting for what you believe in and judging
and nor do we want to confuse judging and debasing.

As I have always said, the righteous judge those that judge and do not
judge anyone else.

In my other report I wrote of Senator Nancy Schaefer’s report on seniors

and children being taken from their natural care provider or providers and
never seen again based on hearsay or insufficient evidence. That is
another matter of illegal investigating. On the matter of false elder abuse
allegations any claim that there is an investigation based on suspicion yet
that equates into placing a life of a loved-one in mortal peril and brutal
pain is a false investigation. We know that since any investigation truly
worth destroying a life for would justify an arrest and charge.
The matter of Senator Nancy Schaefer reporting on false allegations and
of loved-ones being taken is a serious one. Senator Schaefer also wrote
of the system and CPS forcing drugs on loved-ones and of that causing
irreversible brain damage. After Senator Schaefer fought against the
system & court (abductions) and against the drugs and irreversible brain
damage Schaefer died in what is said to be her assassination. On the
matter of the false allegations even if a parent or natural caregiver is
guilty of an offence if the hearts of those in the system ((llooookk ttoo)) see them
as ((m
moorree)) guilty ((tthhaann tthheeyy aarree)) then they are in danger of eternal
condemnation as ((hhyyppooccrriitteess)). What I am sharing is a powerful revelation

IS OUR GOVERNMENT DEALING IN CHILD SEX THRU COLOMBIA'S GOV'T?

Harper & Ignatieff still have not answered Peter Julian's March 30th 2010
question of why they (together) are (((so willing to forgive))) the Colombian
Government whose hands appear soaked with blood (acting hard on crime
within our own borders) ( yet soft on crime beyond Canada's borders) (((where
the Colombian Gov't appears to be a culture that is into murder & child sex.)))

There's a 200-year history of violence & oppression slavery, and the Colombian
Government is accused of being a culture that butchers & rapes children. WHY
would Harper & Ignatieff seek to fellowship with that Gov't and to begin free-
trade dealing with it? Is there any others that appear to be into organized crime
that Harper & Ignatieff want as pals that we need to know of?

A possible reason why Harper went after a position with the U.N. Counsel is
because the U.N. with access to lesser & weaker Countries is said to be a
whorehouse full of power, child trafficking and fraud? Harper's own supporters
and others marked the U.N. as a great whore! What we do know is that the
U.N. Security Counsel's tables are now rich with (Harper's maple syrup) and
that its Security Counsel rejected as untrustworthy Harper & our Government.

As far back as 1897 we know that a United Nations UNICEF office was found
trafficking in child porn. -In a statement in Geneva UNICEF claimed to be
"deeply shocked" by the scandal which ended in 14 arrests in Britian, Belgium,
Switzerland & France! -Police arrested Jos Verbeek the Director of UNICEF's
Belgian committee and the police charged him with inciting children to a
drunken sexual orgy. Many also see it as evidence of a Global culture that is
into child sex and child porn that UNESCO, UNICEF, UNFPA, WHO & UNAIDS
released their draft copy of the sexual things they have sought to teach children
in the name of education!

Never forget the principle that (APPEARANCES MATTER) - What that means
is if one appears as something evil then you have the right to receive an
account. When they refuse to give an account then that confirms that they are
what you say they appear as. For example, Harper and others in power do not
have the Right to appear as venomous snakes slithering and hissing in power
while saying that they do not have to answer for that.

Diplomat Richard Colvin stated that (Harper's Government) (failed to respect)
warnings of torture and known (warnings of) Kandahar Governor Asadullah
Khalid (sexually abusing young girls.)

Hmm, that doesn't sound like Politicians against child sex.

Some may say that this evidence against the Government is only circumstantial
yet keep in mind the "One single proof" game that is a deceptive rhetorical
flourish used to negate a preponderance of circumstantial evidence by claiming
that without a specific key proof that the whole argument is invalid.

The effectiveness of the technique is dependent on a distortion of Occam's Razor

(never make more assumptions or posit more causes than the minimum necessary)
whereby any evidence that does not provide the whole answer is ignored.
Highly respected Canadian Armed Forces interpreter Ahmadshah Malgarai
testified that Canadian military intelligence used NDS in Kandahar to torture (to
get answers) and testified that Harper's Government and others had to know
of the risk of torture and perhaps knew of subcontracting going on, and
he testified that innocent people even as young as 10 were handed over to NDS.
He also testified that after his Afghan families life became in danger (that
Harper's Government shunned helping his loved-ones in danger.)

An EKOS poll show’d that 83% of Canadians believe that Harper and the
Government knew torture was happening and so have conspired to cover -up that,
and in an Ipsos reid Poll more than half of the respondents also believe Harper and
his Tories knew and so conspired to cover-up the matter.

Harper's willingness to cover-up matters of murder and torture with respect to NDS
confirms that our Justice & Health system is in Peril and danger!

Peter Tinsley the Chair of the Military Complaints Commission was let go
in December 2009 before ending his investigation into the matter of the Tories
handing detainees to NDS.

When Conservatives & Liberals chose to act together on the Colombia trade
agreement on June 10th MP Peter Julian testified stating; "there is no doubt
that the day is one of shame for the Conservatives and Liberals."

In that the liberals and conservatives have sought to join with a Government
accused of murdering thousands of union workers and accused of butchering
and raping children & women.

This is like Layton saying it was a day of great shame that the Conservatives
and Liberals chose to obstruct getting to the bottom of the blacked-out
documents with respect to torture. - It is also a shame since it appears to serve
the liberals for detainee matters before Harper began Governing.
While Ignatieff and the liberals appear to be at war with the conservatives
'towards revealing all documents on the matter of NDS and detainee torture on
June 15th 2010 Jack Layton stated; They have excluded important
documents...and the government has now a unilateral veto that will paralyse
the entire process"

That is contrary to months of so-called indignation from the liberals against the
Tories and months of IIGNATIEFF and his liberals proclaiming that they have
"NO CONFIDENCE" in Harper's government. After that Stephen Harper then
named the Liberals and Bloc "representatives" of his conservative party.

After all what's a little torture and death to the lives of others as long as 'we
Conservatives and liberals' have each other.

On the matter of NDS; Andrea Prasow testified that Harper's Government &
liberals knew not to hand detainees to NDS & knew to send them to Bagram.
She also testified that it was known that when monitoring was put in place that
even the scopes in that were unstable. Wayne Easter told CTV that Harper's
Gov't is guilty of war crimes. By the way Easter did not apologize for lying, he
submitted in fear of the political Extortion.

It was very well known that NDS is an emotional abuse, bodily torture & murder
risk. End of Story!

laws oppress or slow the growth in some people and may stop the growth. Many others that are

How is it that people may appear to have ALL knowledge & wisdom and yet be a dangerous noise?

What people do not see is that we live in a 'conforming world' that has the choice and 'ability' to
