SPECIALS AND SEASONAL
A coarse soup with cream of porcini, cremini, shiitake and morel mushrooms.
Olive's interpretation of the classic, with grilled chicken supreme, crisp bacon,
anchovies and a garlic oil crouton.
Slow-roasted tomatoes baked with caramelised onions, ricotta, goat cheese and mixed
herbs topped with puff and pistou drizzle.
Slow baked with a creamy blend of brie, parmesan, emmenthal and ricotta. Served with
arugula and basil, homemade ketchup and sea salt tossed fried brioche.

Olive oil, balsamic and garlic marinated mushrooms char-grilled to order and served
atop parmesan, chilli flake and parsley rubbed split, toasted baguette.
Button mushrooms, flash sautéed with garlic, olive oil, chilli flakes and

Gnocchi With Vegetables Confetti 325
Supple roasted potato and durum gnocchi, lightly tossed in pecorino béchamel and
topped with tarragon-scented bits of seasonal vegetables and chard.
With toppings of fresh tomato, basil and feta, stewed ratatouille and
wine-sauteed mushrooms.
Thinly sliced zucchini and carrot, flash-marinated in balsamic vinegar and topped with
finely diced tomato, sun-dried tomato, parmesan and
olive salsa, basil and olive oil.

Baby lobster tails tossed in a tangy tomato cream sauce with oodles of garlic and fresh
parsley, served with avocado buttered toast ends.
Pit-roasted chicken morsels in allspice berries, pureed sun-dried tomato and paprika,
