their acceptance by the management for innovation of products.
Significance
This research will helps organizations to allow their employees to bring
new idea for innovation in product range to develop innovative and market oriented products which help firm to understand the sustainability in the globalized market space also provide the key factors for the survival in market by the entrepreneur by concentrating on Market Knowledge, Product Innovation and employee’s creativity to double the impact on capturing the highest market share. There are many researches and information related to the product
innovation and innovative ideas is available in research journals, Internet, newspapers, magazines and books. Primary and secondary data can be obtained form the mentioned material and the respondents from reputed companies employees.
Methodology
My research study is one of the descriptive studies. The type of
investigation would be causal. The researcher interference will be moderate and the study setting is non contrived I would like to perform field experiment in order to discuss those factors which influence the sustainability of firm in dynamic market place. Unit of analysis is dyad as I have to collect data from sample with close ended questionnaire. The time horizon of this study would be cross sectional.
35 questionnaires will be distributed to different respondents of
prestigious and competitive organizations. Out of 35 my selected sample would be of 30 organizations i.e. a total of 30 respondents.
Problem
In the Global economical condition it is difficult to survive in the market
without focusing of external need of the customers and utilizing internal strength of the firm such as technology advancement as well as implication of new ideas of the employees. Therefore, this project is about to evaluate the relationship between different innovative products and employee preference in innovative product strategy for survival of a firm in globalized market place.
