Please join us for an exciting culinary arts lecture presented by

famous chefs from the world’s most prestigious culinary school,


the Culinary Institute of America.

On Tuesday, April 5th published authors and TV personalities Fritz Sonnenschmidt and
Arnym Solomon and Pastry Chef Paul Jean Prosperi will demonstrate a variety of
cooking and baking techniques and showcase flavors from around the globe. These
passionate chefs want to pass on their love for the kitchen. Learn skills and techniques
up-close-and-personal from industry leaders.
