Len Steffen
Chief Executive Officer Designate

Len has over 35 years experience in the banking Industry spanning several countries in
Europe, the Middle East, Asia, South America and Africa. Having started as a
management trainee at ABN Amro he rose to become regional COO of the Asia Pacific
Zone based in Singapore, and later COO of Rabobank International in the Netherlands,
where he participated in the set up of a domestic wholesale bank.

Prior to his appointment at Premier, Len was an international banking consultant and one of
his most relevant recent achievements include the merger of four regional banks in Croatia
and the establishment of a corporate bank in Mauritania. In addition toattending several
management courses during his career in banking, Len holds a Master of Arts from Brabant
University in the Netherlands.

During his tenure at Premier, one of Len’s key roles will be the training and preparing the
local team to lead the business in the medium term.

Walter Kambwanji
Chief Finance Officer

Walter, a Chartered Accountant has worked in the financial services sector for more than
ten years and has fifteen years financial management experience. Prior to
joiningPremier, Walter was previously with HSBC in London, United Kingdom. In
London,he also worked for financial services group HBOS in their Management
Reporting andPlanning department for the Treasury subsidiary and Toyota Financial
Services Europeand Africa as a member of a project team implementing International
Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
Prior to working in the United Kingdom he was Finance Director of BancABC Zimbabwe,
was founding Chief Finance Officer at Renaissance Merchant Bank Zimbabwe Limited and
was Head of Finance at NMB Bank Zimbabwe. He has set up banking and accounting
systems and implemented reporting systems successfully at most of the Institutions he has
worked for notably NMB Bank and Renaissance Merchant Bank. He spearheaded the
restructure and rationalization of banking licenses for BancABC Zimbabwe.
He has formulated strategy for banking operations and brings a wealth of experience. He has
benefited from several courses including Bank Internal Audit presented by Euromoney,
Effective Supervisory Management and, Effective Personal Leadership both presented by
Leadership Management International, Strategy and Management in Banking a course
presented in Dublin by International Development Ireland Ltd.

George Manyere
Executive Director – Corporate & Investment Banking

George has significant experience in investing as well as the financial services sector.
Prior to joining Premier, George was with the Washington DC based International
 Finance Corporation, as an Investment Professional in Global Financial Markets. At
IFC, he received a number of performance awards for excellent deal
development,execution and effective portfolio management yielding high returns.
He structured and processed deals worth more than US$400 million in debt and equity
investments in Sub-Saharan Africa and managed a portfolio of debt and equity investments
worth US$350 million spread over South Africa, Nigeria, Botswana, Ghana and Namibia.
He negotiated and timed exits from a number of equity investments, with the two notable
transactions yielding IRR’s of 38% and 216.6%. George represented IFC on a number of
investee companies:

(i) was alternate to the IFC appointed Director on the board of NAMLIFE (Private) Limited,
Namibia (2005 2007)
(ii) was alternate to the IFC appointed Director on the board of South Africa Home Loans
(Private) Limited (2005 2007)
(iii) was alternate Non-Executive Director National Bank of Commerce (Tanzania) Limited
(2005 2007)
(iv) he was also alternateNon-Executive Director Africa Reinsurance Company Limited
(2005 2007).

Yona Banda
Managing Director - Asset Management

Yona has extensive experience in banking garnered over fifteen years in senior
management positions in the local banking industry with such established institutions as
Syfrets Merchant Bank, Interfin Merchant Bank, Old Mutual Asset Managers and
MBCA Capital Management. He has actively participated in a number of successful high
profile financial transactions which included the listing of a number of companies on the
Zimbabwe Stock Exchange, green field project financing deals involving international
financial institutions, mergers and acquisitions and institutional fund management.
Prior to joining Premier, he was the Managing Director of MBCA Capital Management
(Private) Limited. Yona holds a Bachelor of Science honours degree in economics and a
Master of Business Administration degree. He is a keen golfer and enjoys reading and
researching the latest international developments in business strategy, corporate finance and
management.
