and support of senior management

30 day output success criteria: 52 week dashboard view of enterprise core

systems and planned changes

The 1st 30 Days:

• Stakeholder engagement commences – Identify sponsor, key stakeholders

and create Stakeholder Advisory Group (STAG), commence buy-in
 • Draft Master Enterprise Release Schedule development commences – This
is a high level view of all projects ,primary core systems, enterprise
business systems, production changes and releases

• Draft policy document to be created – Policy defines & embeds the

process into the organisation

• Identify interdependencies with key projects and programs within the PMO
and create an understanding if none exist

• Map (MUD Map) touch points between core systems covering

dependencies and interdependencies

• Publish 1st completed draft of the enterprise schedule to key stakeholders

– This might be the first time a high level view has ever been socialised to
them!
