The candidates selected through direct recruitment shall be governed by the restructured defined
contributory pension system as per the provision contained in the Ministry of Finance, Department of
Economics Affairs (ECB& PR Division) Notification No.5/7/2003-ECB&PR dated 22.12.2003 effective from
1.4.2004. Reservation & relaxation to Persons with Disabilities will be as per Govt. of India instructions issued
from time to time. LTC, Medical Facilities are also available in the Board under the Service Rules.

The tenure of deputation shall be initially for one year extendable upto five years on year to year basis.
The terms and conditions of the deputation would be same as the standard terms and conditions prescribed by
the Department of Personnel and Training vide OM No.2/29/91(Pay II) dated 5.1.1994 as amended from time
to time.

AGE RELAXATION :

1. There shall be no age bar for employees of the Board in respect of the posts in which recruitment
examination is conducted.
2. There shall be age relaxation of 10 years for women candidates applying to the posts where
recruitment is on the basis of All India Recruitment Test (Post mentioned at
Sl.No.5,6,8,12,13,14,15,16,17,18 & 19)
3. Age relaxation to SC, ST, OBC, PH categories will be in accordance with the DoP&T guidelines.

Age will be calculated as on closing date of online application as mentioned in the application form.

The detailed advertisement and procedure of submitting application is detailed in the Annexure. The

Eligibility conditions : Essential:

Officers holding analogous posts on regular basis and should have worked
in Vigilance / Administration Section for at last two years in any capacity.

Secretary or equivalent in the pay scale of Rs.10000-325-15200/- and
should have worked in Vigilance/Administration Section for at last two years
in any capacity.

Desirable:

I. Knowledge of rules regulation and procedures of examining

7. ACCOUNTS OFFICER - DEPUTATION

A. ESSENTIAL:
(a)Persons who have passed SAS/SOGE/JAO or any other equivalent Examination
conducted by the

ii. Three years of regular service in the pay scale of Rs.6500-200-10500;
OR
iii. Five years of regular service in the pay scale of Rs.5500-175-9000.

(b). Must possess the following qualification and experience:-

i. At least Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University or equivalent; and


ii. Experience in the field of Accounts Compilation, Budget, Internal Audit, Commercial
Accounting etc.

B) DESIRABLE:
Having undergone training in cash and accounts at ISTM, Delhi.

AGE LIMIT: 56 years.

8. LANGUAGE OFFICER - DIRECT RECRUITMENT/DEPUTATION

Eligibility conditions : Essential :


i. At least Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized
University.
ii. Holding analogous post or holding post in a
comparable scale of pay or having three years
regular continuous service and confirmation in the
grade as Superintendent/Head Assistant / Assistant
in the pay scale of Rs.5500-175-9000 or having six
years of regular continuous service and confirmation
in the grade as Sr. Auditor/Sr. Accountant in the pay
scale of Rs.5000-150-8000. Equivalent total
emoluments in respect of non-governmental
experience will be acceptable.
Desirable:
*Experience of working in Examination and administration
in educational institutions.

AND
B. Speed in English Shorthand 120 w.p.m. and 40 w.p.m. in Typewriting or equivalent typing

Essential Qualifications–
a) (i) Second Class Graduate from any recognized university.
(ii) For departmental candidates, Jr.Asstt. who is graduate.
b) At least 3 years experience in the field of Public Relations or connected area. OR Any person
holding an analogous post or holding post in a comparable scale with experience in public relations
or publication of journals etc.

Desirable Qualifications:-
a) Diploma/Certificate in journalism or Public Relations
b) Proficiency in English
c) Good working knowledge of Hindi.

Below 25 years.

16. STENOGRAPHERS (ENGLISH) GRADE-II - DIRECT RECRUITMENT

17. EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT - DIRECT RECRUITMENT

Essential Qualifications
i) Graduate of a recognised university
ii) Typing Speed of 40 w.p.m./or equivalent calculated speed on computer i.e. 8000 KDPH.
iii) Full knowledge of windows, MS Office, Fox base/Fox pro, Unix, Internet, HTML, Webpage Design.

i) Graduate of a recognised university. Preference will be given to those having 50 % & above marks
with post graduate diploma in Computer Applications/ Information Technology/’’O’ level certificate
from DOEACC
ii) At least two years experience of working in a large data processing environment.
iii) Experience of working in Unix environment
iv) Knowledge in Shorthand.

A minimum of 5 years experience in any reputed concern/ organization.

18. JUNIOR ASSISTANT (COMPUTER) - DIRECT RECRUITMENT

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
i) Graduates with diploma in Computer Applications. OR Graduate with ‘O’ level certificate from
DOEACC. Punching speed of minimum 8000 KDPH.
ii) At least one year data entry/computer operation in a data processing centre. Working knowledge of
Windows, MS Office, Fox-Base/Fox-Pro, Unix, Use of Internet.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:
i) Experience of working in unix environment

19. HINDI TYPIST - DIRECT RECRUITMENT
