The company was formed in 1989 initially named as “AIM ASSOCIATES”
and Later named as “KK & Co.” in 2009 after inception of
Mr. Krishna Kant Chairman Asian Oil field Ltd and Consultant
Mr. S.K.Goyal who had served organization Giant like ONGCL for more
than 35 Years and retired at a post of General Manager.

KK & Co merged with Krishanee Infrastructure Pvt.Ltd (KIPL) in 2010.

Company has completed numerous project of Fabrication, Piping, Cross

Country Pipelines, Equipments Erection and handling in 21 years.

Company has got all the facilities in-house like Machineries , Manpower and
required Tools and Tackles to complete any kind of Challenge.
 Brief
The company has created it next growth steps to retain its leadership in
the field of construction across the country with over two decades of
experience, is focusing on strengthening its lateral and vertical business
drives.

The company has been first a proprietorship firm from 1989 till 1998
thereafter a partnership firm till 2009 and now a company with induction
of the dignities.

The company has been largely driven by valuable guidance of the pioneers
and the intellectual capital who have not only added immense value of
business, but also have demonstrated entrepreneurial drive and flair to
move the organization on sound corporate governance.
 Expertise and Achievements
The company has been working mainly with Oil & Gas sector in India and abroad and
expertise in Offshore field in installation of platforms and Sub sea pipeline laying also.
The company has worked with Giants Like Micoperi Ocean Transport, OPI Inc.,
Mcdermott etc. in Offshore as well as Hyundai, Sunkyong, ONGCL, Samsung etc. in
Onshore .
We had repeat order on a constant basis from M/s Novino Batteries Ltd., M/s Thermax
Ltd.

The company has completed Two Pharmaceutical Factory from scratch to the end. It
included installation of Machinery , Conveyor system , Powder handling system.
 Strength
The company completed most of large magnitude and complex nature with
in the stipulated schedule Period and/or ahead of the contracted schedule.
It has earned a reputation for earning bonus for early completion of
projects.

The company is built to last, thanks to strong enduring relationships that it
