INSTRUCTIONS:
- Create a template using the guidelines shown in the last three pages and below
- Joomla 1.5.22
- Looking at a standard 960 grid with a flow style layout
- Sans serif font / font size is flexible
- Text colour: Black or near black
- Background: White
- Site should have security coding (no direct access, emails masked, copy disabled . . . and so on)
- Supports SEO
- Template with all modules zipped and ready to load into Joomla host
- Any text needed as filler can/should be Lorum Ipsum kind of text.

Main Menu: - Menu 1, Menu 2, Menu3, Menu4, Menu5, Menu6

- Four submenus under each menu item
- Menus should be visible (accessible) or invisible (unaccessible) depending on member
permission based on login.
