• Should have a very clear understanding and knowledge of the digital space and the
potential of World Wide Web with respect to brand marketing, sales, consumer interaction
and clear understanding of the nature of services and solutions that can be offered on this
medium
• Should be in tune with the latest online marketing opportunities that exist and understand
social media well with the aim of offering services to Corporate and brands who wish to
explore the internet for marketing and brand promotion opportunities
• Clear understanding of the capabilities of web technologies and how they can be utilized to
develop custom solutions for clients. E.g. Dynamic/functionality right websites, online
applications, intranet and extranet solutions, custom application development
• Excellent written and spoken English, ability to write up marketing content for collaterals,
campaigns and write up detailed proposals as per company standards.
• A street smart attitude, with the ability to take charge of interactions, presentations and
converting sales pitches into business
• A track of developing long term accounts for the company working for currently
• Target oriented & Aggressive as there will be value (business generated) based
monthly/quarterly benchmarks that will have to be met
• A good understanding of the Indian market specifically for web solutions and in tune with
the needs and aspirations of Indian consumer
Job Description
1. Going through a process of identifying companies and SMB to contact (lead generation)
3. Ability to think about possibilities that can be proposed for an effective web solution
5. Working with internal category heads to explore feasibilities of the solutions, organizing
samples, mock ups, code to prepare for an effective pitch
2. Think up new ideas (“what more to offer”) for new projects with existing customers
1. Marketing collateral content writing, working with design and tech teams to execute.
E.g. writing marketing content for a mailer/flier/brochure/website
• Closing deals using e-mails, phone, web conferencing, client visits and presentations
• To keep in touch with the latest trends on digital media, website communications,
development trends, designs and new online marketing opportunities
1. Understand the new trends with the aim to deploy those for promoting Fitser Web
Services Pvt Ltd and its services and to also propose new ideas to existing/new customers
based on them
