 Network Planning For Kolkata, ROB & Orissa.

• Planning of infill sites on the basis of coverage patches.
• Performing the entire test & preparing the documents for TEC obligation of
Orissa.
• Check feasibility & liasoning for sharing with other operators.

• Installing and commissioning of IBS, Repeaters and Boosters at various
important premises by visiting and attending the coverage related issues.
• Coordination with logistics for all material movement from warehouse to desired
location.

Network Optimization:
• Responsible for optimizing, planning and improving the performance of the GSM
network. To analyze them with the help of available statistics and by performing drive
test data and to improve systems performance indicator. Some of the indicators are
dropped calls, blocked calls, origination failure, and hand off features.
• Analyzing and Verification of the Drive Test Reports (Pre Optimization and Post
Optimization) and various cell parameters provided by Huawei.

• Leading the team to survey requisite sites & submitting the reports.
• Verification of Idea rollout sites submitted by vendor.
• Provide complete support to RF survey & acquisition team members to select correct site
location.
