Checklist for submission of filled-in application forms
1. Enclose attested copies of the certificates attested by any Gazetted Officer demonstrating academic
qualifications (Example: Degree Certificate/Pass Certificate issued by the Competent Authority of
Convocation Certificate). In case degree certificate is not available or not issued by the university, a
provisional passing certificate issued by the University, should be enclosed. If this is not available,
passing certificate issued by the principal or attested copies of statement of marks of all the years of
graduation should be furnished.
In case of non submission of the supporting documents, please note that you will be admitted provisionally
and you are required to furnish the relevant documents within 31st October 2010 failing which the
provisional admission stands cancelled and the course fee will be refunded after deducting 30% of the
amount towards processing charges.

examination by the Distance Education Department.

General Instructions
1. All payments shall be made only through the Demand Draft drawn in favour of the Registrar, National Law
School of India University, Bangalore, payable at Bangalore.
2. Last date for submitting duly filled-in application is 30th June (without late fee) and 31st August (with late
fee of Rs. 500/-)
3. Incomplete applications are liable to be rejected.
4. a) Candidate will not be permitted to withdraw from the course after admission.
b) The fee paid towards the course will not be refunded under any circumstances.
5. Candidates are strongly advised to keep with them a photocopy of the filled-in application for their
reference.

9. Change of Course is not permitted once the admission formalities are over.
