Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani

Second Semester 2010-11

NOTICE 5thFeb 2011
Analog Electronics (EEE C364 / INSTR C364)
Assignment I (Library Assignment)

The library assignment requires a thorough study on a research paper in the field of analog
electronics and analog signal conditioning circuits. Students may refer to a research paper from a
referred journal under the appropriate sub-headings given below and get allotted the topic of reading
assignment with their tutorial instructor. You are expected to make an extensive study on the
allotted topic with a focus on a relevant research paper selected by you and you may also carry out
simulation (if possible) and then prepare a report in format given below. This report is to be
submitted to their respective tutorial instructor before the last date of submission (i.e. latest by 2nd
April, 2011).
For allotment of topics, students should approach (in a group of two both from the same tutorial
section) to their respective tutorial instructor latest by 12th Feb. 2011.
Viva voce examination will also be conducted on the basis of submitted report. A separate notice
will be put up by tutorial instructors of individual section for evaluation. Tutorial instructors may ask
to show proper demonstration or simulation as the case may be.

The assignment report will be evaluated and a viva voce will also be conducted.
