Voice over IP name suggests that through IP they are passing the voice.
CIRAS is provisioning system we have to give them a provision to add baud rate and
rate type and it includes nearly 9 new forms and also 60 forms to be updated it is still in
system testing phase. In this one my role is I have created a new form and 9 forms I
have updated. It includes manual testing and system testing and unit testing every thing
has been successful. As a developer I have worked on FORMS and UNIX. Nearly 11
triggers have been modified by me for the same project since the data base change has
been done for this project.

Ciras is a Telecom Circuit Administration System for a client Embarq in US.

The defects faced by costumers in the telecom provisioning system will be solved by us.
The defects will be in the form of Unicenter tickets, project mainly uses oracle forms and
reports. The defects are of two types one is temporary fix and other one is permanent
fix, that is nothing but some enhancements in the code .The telecom circuit
administration is a domain adding a facilities and creating trunks and special circuits. In
the temporary fix we write SQL scripts to update data manually in database. In
permanent fix we check for module and do modifications in code ,check the module and
migrate to production.
I have handled many project CODE TICKETS which includes PR926/ASR36/ASR35
