 Finger Food Trays
Dawali Grape leaves stuffed with rice, chick peas,
30 piece tomato, and parsley topped with Aladdin’s
dressing, feta cheese, and parsley.
Kibbie Lean beef shells mixed with crushed bulgar
18 piece wheat and stuffed with spiced ground beef,
roasted onion, and pine nuts then deep fried
in peanut oil. Served with yogurt.
Falaffel Mildly spiced vegetarian patties made with
25 piece chick peas, fava beans, onion, herbs, parsley,
and scallions fried in peanut oil and served
with Tahini Yogurt dressing.

Baba Puree of charbroiled eggplant, tahini, and
lemon. Topped with parsley and olive oil,
with sliced cucumber and tomato.
Tabouli A delicate mixture of parsley, onion, cracked
