Menu interfaces:

The menu interfaces of the software are given below

After executing the software the above screen will be displayed.

After clicking on File this screen will be shown to prompt for user name and
password, if the user input the correct password then the next window will be shown
After inputting the correct password a menu will be displayed with the option of
Open and Exit. If the user clicks on Open a submenu will be displayed. If the user
clicks on exit the software will terminated.

After clicking the Open the above sub menu will be displayed.
 After clicking on Product the above screen will be shown

After clicking in Product the above menu will be shown

When, the user click on Add button of the Product, the above form will be displayed.
The fields that the user is going to fill up are shown below. If Save button is pressed
the data will be saved in database. The different type that should be followed while
entering data in the form are given below:

When, the user click on Delete button of the product the above form will be
displayed to input the Id to delete
 After clicking on OK button the above confirmation information will be displayed. If
the user click on OK in this form the record will be deleted otherwise it will remain in
the database.

When the user click on Search button, the above screen will be shown to get input
the Product Id to find

If the product id is found the above screen will be displayed to show the related
information of that product
 When the user click on Search button, the above screen will be shown to get input
the Product Id to modify

After clicking on OK button the above confirmation information will be displayed. If

the user click on OK in this form the record will be modified otherwise it will remain
same in the database.

In this way the same functions (add, delete, search, modify, display and print) will be
carried out for Machinery, Invoice, Supplier and capacity. Exception will be occur
when the user click on Production Planning.

After clicking on Production Planning the above screen will be shown

 After clicking in Production Plan the above menu will be shown

When the user click on Calculate Capacity, the above Requirement input form will be
shown. The user will input the requirement, month and year then click next to input
requirement in other section (syrup, dry syrup etc.). When the user click on
Calculate, the calculated capacity will be displayed.
 When the user click on Calculate the capacity will be displayed

If the user click on any machine name like Capsule Filling in the previous screen the
above screen will be shown to revise the capacity by inputting requirement again.
If the user clicks on View Capacity the above screen will be displayed. To view the
capacity,
Here the user input the month, year and there are two options between Machine
wise and Medicine wise. If the user chooses Machine wise the capacity will be
showed machine wise otherwise medicine wise.

If the user selects Medicine wise in the previous screen the above screen will be
shown.
 If the user selects Machine wise the above screen will be shown.

When, the user click on Add button of the Machine, the above form will be displayed.
The fields that the user is going to fill up are shown below. If Save button is pressed
the data will be saved in database. The different type that should be followed while
entering data in the form are given below:

In this way menu for Machinery, Supplier, Invoice and Capacity will be displayed.

When, the user click on Add button of the Invoice, the above form will be displayed.
The fields that the user is going to fill up are shown below. If Save button is pressed
the data will be saved in database. The different type that should be followed while
entering data in the form are given below:

When, the user click on Add button of the Supplier, the above form will be displayed.
