The didactic methodology, conceived and developed by Master Choa Kok

Sui for Pranic Healing Courses, allows concepts that could appear far from
western culture, to be learned easily and quickly.
Practical sessions are central to the Course and guided by Certified
Instructors, allowing students to learn the treatment techniques on others
and on themselves. The high qualification in the energy field and the
training in depth of professional ethics, provide the Pranic Healer with
the competency, the professionalism and the experience necessary to
enter in the world of work.
Our organisation has been the first one in Europe to establish six Pranic
Healing Centers, which are branches of the School, where the high
quality of teaching is guaranteed by Isnstructors with over ten years of
experience.
The training of each Pranic Healing Instructor is carefully supervised and
updated through activities carried out directly by Master Choa Kok Sui.
Furthermore, the School’s training course considers the study of
complementary disciplines, taught by teachers who are highly qualified
in them, as well as experts in Pranic Healing, in order to allow students
to easily integrate knowledge of Pranic Healing with that of other
techniques.
The training course also includes the first three levels of the International
Program of Certification for Pranic Healers, originated from Master Choa
Kok Sui’s will to train highly prepared energy workers all over the world.
 Professional Pranic Healer (PPH)
PPH is a professional with specific skills in etheric field, able to analyze
the energy/etheric state of people, animals, plants, minerals and in general
the whole environment. He is also trained in starting people in a new life
philosophy that will help them balance the demands of modern life with the
needs of their own inner search and spiritual growth.
A Pranic Healer is therefore a professional able to value, manage and condition
the energies, in order to improve the quality of life of his client. PPH skills
range from the promotion of individual to social well–being, without ever
physically touching the client, without using any instrument but the knowledge
of the life energy principle and the body’s capability to self-recover.
In addition, the PPH has a preventative role, because the experience in this
field teaches that a physical or psychiatric disease or ailment appears first
at an energy level and then at a physical level.
Furthermore, the Pranic Healer during his pranic path is led and guided to
acquire a greater consciousness of himself, especially of his own energy body
and of his inner attitudes, learning to treat and to know himself.
All this is the basis for an individual path necessary to prevent illness, to get
rid of numerous diseases and to maintain psychophysical well-being. This
is the Professional Pranic Healer’s field of expertise.

Who we are
For over twenty years the Institute for Inner Studies and the World Pranic
Healing Foundation , established and directed by Master Choa Kok
Sui, have been working to spread “Pranic Healing” all over the world,
supporting the establishment of Schools and National Foundations in
each Continent.

This activity has been carrying on in Europe since 1990. The first countries
involved were : Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Austria, England, Sweden,
Finland, Norway, Croatia, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Bulgaria,
Romania and many countries of the former Soviet Union .

In Italy ,since 1993, the Pranic Healing Association and the International
School of Pranic Healing have being working to make known, to diffuse
and to spread Master Choa Kok Sui ‘s Pranic Healing all over the national
territory.
The School prides itself in a national coverage of over 10,000
supporters.
The Association, offering free Meditation for fourteen years , has reached
over 400,000 people.
The School’s activity is supported by the Publishing House EIFIS (
European Institute for Inner Studies Publishing House), which publishes
in Italian and French all Master Choa Kok Sui’s books, the fundamentals
of the training course.

What is Pranic Healing
The name of this discipline is Pranic Healing, in fact Prana means life
energy in Sanscrit. Pranic Healing helps in recovering and mantaining
psyco-physical wellness using prana or life energy. The knowledge and
existence of life energy is a heritage not only for the Indian culture, but
also to every other culture. For example, in the Chinese medicine prana
is called Chi or Qi, from which comes Qi Qong, in Japan it is called Ki,
in ancient Greece it was called pneuma.

Pranic Healing reutilizes ancient teachings from oriental disciplines,

once transmitted exclusively orally from the Master to only one disciple,
and now available to millions of people all over the World.

Pranic Healing, spread in over 40 Countries in the World, is known

also as a life philosophy, trait d’union between distant cultures: the
occidental one, hyper-technological and the oriental one, more oriented
towards the development and the inner evolution of a man. It is
therefore a learning proposal suitable to the modern man, who aspires
to the integration between Science and Spirituality.

Following some passages from the Code of Conduct Protocol, which you
can find in every Pranic Healing Center:

• Pranic Healing is not intended to replace allopathic medecine,

but rather to complement it. If symptoms persist or the ailment
is severe, please immediately consult a medical doctor and a
Certified Pranic Healer.
• Pranic Healers are not medical doctors, but medical doctors can
be Pranic Healers.
• Pranic Healers should not make medical diagnosis.
• Pranic Healers should not prescribe medications and/or medical
treatments.
• Pranic healers should not interfere with the prescribed medications
and/or with medical treatments.

Master Choa Kok Sui

Modern Founder of Pranic Healing and Arathic Yoga
Who is Master Choa Kok Sui
Spiritual Teacher, Modern Founder of Pranic Healing and Arathic Yoga,
Author and Lecturer known worldwide. President and Founder of the
Institute for Inner Studies, of the World Pranic Healing Foundation and
of the MCKS Arhatic Yoga Ashram in Pune in India. His teachings are
spread in more than 40 countries over every continent.

Master Choa Kok Sui, graduated with a degree in Chemical Engineering,

worked in direct contact both with great Oriental therapists and mystics
and with scientists and research centres in the Occidental world. Under
the guide of his teacher, Lord Boddhisattva Mei Ling, he was capable
of synthesizing the arts of healing and mediation in practical sciences,
unveiling ancient knowledges, before hidden for many centuries. The
enormous success and popularity of his teachings demonstrate the
maturity of the times: many people are not capable of helping and raising
the rest of humanity.

Master Choa Kok Sui’s Love and Effort in promoting the spiritual and
material growth of humanity, putting himself in service of humanity
itself with his teachings and the constant dedication in relieving human
sufferences, lead him to the foundation of GMCKS Charitable Foundation,
Centre organization of numerous humanitarian projects.

Fondaments of our School

The PPH’s approach is holistic since it considers the human being in his
totality, without separating the body from the psyche; integrated because
it’s based on a thorough energetical knowledge of Oriental and Occidental
traditions; ecological not only for the constant research of balance of men
and the environment in which he lives, but also because its way of acting
is based on nature, without using substances or equipment of any kind.

The School, among its different aims, has to form well-being operators
able to help people relieving their sufferences, to prevent illnesses and
ailments, to analize and modify the energetical state of people and places
to restore the normal etheric-energetical balance.

 Who is Loretta Zanuccoli
President of the School
Loretta Zanuccoli, Direct Disciple of Master Choa Kok Sui, President and Founder of the International
School “Loretta Zanuccoli GMCKS Pranic Healing System” and of the “Associazione di Pranic Healing”,
Senoir Instructor, teaches Basic Pranic Healing, Advanced Pranic Healing, Pranic Psychotherapy, Pranic
Crystal Healing, Psychic Self-Defense, Achieving Oneness with the Higher Soul and Superbrain Yoga.
For more than 14 years she has been involved in spreading Pranic Healing in Italy and in other European
countries.

Responsible of the formation and coordination of Instructors. Certified Senior Pranic Healer since
1996, Feng Shui consultant, graduated in Chinese Medicine, Acupuncture and Micromassage, expert
of Radioestesy, Herbalism, Astrology and other esoteric disciplines. Business consultant, she teaches
the use of Pranic Healing and Meditation for the stress management, in business management and in
enhancement of human resources.

She organizes yearly workshops for Master Choa Kok Sui and for Instructors Certified by the Institute for
Inner Studies (Manila – Philippines).

Who is the Technical Director

Dr. Franca Dalle Mura
Medical Doctor specialized in Psychiatry, who works in the Territorial Psychiatrist Service of ASL of Massa
Carrara(Italy), and is, as a freelance, a Jungian psycho-analyst. She met the spiritual path more than eight
years ago, before as an interior research for a personal spiritual realization, then as practice in Pranic
Healing and Arhatic Yoga.

Who is the Didactic Coordinator

PhD Barbara Sangiovanni
Majored in Liberal Arts, she is a trainer in a big multinational company. In 2004 she conceived a Master
Degree in Operative Epistemology organized by the International Centre of Cultural Psychology of Geneva.
On this educative methodology she is realizing a Research Doctorate in Human Sciences at the University
of Milano-Bicocca. Expert Pranic Healer, since 2000 Basic Pranic Healing Instructor.

International Certification Program
The Certification Program has the objective to give an in-depth training
on the principles of Pranic Healing, on the therapeutic concepts and
capacities necessary to obtain an internationally recognized Certification.
The health environment is changing rapidly, and more and more, people are
interested in the various modalities offered by complementary medicine.
As the request of the audience towards holistic medicine has significantly
increased, for Pranic Healers it has become essential to acquire an
International Certification which attests the level of professionality and
of ability in the recovery of psycho-physical well-being.

Among its other objectives, it aims to: train and educate Pranic Healers
to become more skilled and conscious in the practice of treatments, to
delve in the knowledge of principles and techniques of Pranic Healing,
to encourage more motivated Pranic Healers to become members of the
International Group of Certified PRANIC HEALER; and also to encourage
interested people and Pranic Healers to carry on the practice of Pranic
Healing and make a profession of it, to provide to Certified Pranic Healers
updates on the developments of the technique and to get Pranic Healing
known both as a path of personal development and as an ecological,
natural and economical technique.

Didactic Methodology
The formative path articulates itself in three years for a total of 900 hours.
The global amount of hours is partitioned in three years and includes
760 hours of formative activity (of which 524 of Pranic Healing and
Certification Program and 236 of complementary teachings) and 140
hours of Practice and Training of the Pranic Healing Techniques.

Each section is structured in: practical lessons in classrooms which

take place during week-ends to allow participation also to students who
work during the week, practical training sessions in the different Pranic
Healing centres, distance learning through the formation of a virtual
class and an on-line forum, supervised by a Tutor (Instructor) in order
to encourage self-learning, the clarification of problems pertaining the
practice of Pranic Healing and the sharing of experiences with the other
students of the class.

Modality of admission
After the presentation of the curriculum vitae and the application form, it is
required to attend a preliminary interview in order to evaluate the cultural-
formative path, the professional curriculum, the personal qualities of each
participant and their energetical knowledge. The eventual recognition of
extra credits will be evaluated each time.

Annual test and final exams

At the end of each year the student will have to present a written report on
an energetical topic focusing on his own practical experience, documenting
the number of cases treated, scheduled by the level of certification reached
for that year, and passing a written and oral exam which allows to pass
to the following year.
The Teaching Staff

The tenure is entrusted to Pranic Healing Instructors, highly
qualified professionals and experts who with a tested didactic
methodology, integrated to Pranic Healing, ensure a gradual and
complete learning of the different subjects in the formative path.

Directorate
I With the support of teachers and experts, the Directorate supervises the
work flow of the School, monitors the formative path availing itself of the
right to convalidate the three-yearly didactic structure, of the students’
plan of studies and of the admission criteria to that course. Teachers and
specialists are appointed for admission interviews and final evaluations.
 
The Directorate evaluates the collaborations with other formative
institutions and Schools and gives credit to eventual extra credit of
students who come from these institutions. It cooperates with the
Institute for Inner Studies, Inc. of Manila so that the plan of studies is
compliant and conformed with the directions of Master Choa Kok Sui
for the formation of Professional Pranic Healers, expressed also in the
International Certification Program.

Basic Pranic Healing
This formative path on recovery or maintenance of psycho-physical health is structured
through a simple method easy to apply and it begins with a workshop open to everybody.
The workshop will provide you with some general knowledge on the energetic world and
particularly on the energetic structure.
Connections between the etheric system of Aura and Chakras (also called energy centers)
and human anathomy will be studied as well. The 7 Basic Techniques of Pranic Healing
will be analyzed. The hands sensitization exercise will let you “feel” the different
conditions of the Aura and the Chakras, enabling you to detect their energy level. After
this exciting course you will be able to identify energetic anomalies in Chakras or in
organs, whether there is a deficiency or an excess of energy, whether there are stagnant,
old and diseased energies, and, above all, you’ll be able to rebalance all the etheric
system and therefore to help the healing of numerous disorders. You will also learn how to
increase your healing power by activating hand chakras and heart chakra with Twin Heart
Meditation, while helping the healing of the Planet Earth. You will be able to practice self-
heal and to perform Distant Healing.

Advanced Pranic Healing

You will learn how to correctly use 6 different frequencies of Prana (colour Prana) for
quick recovery of disorders and serious illnesses; you will also learn the Cleansing of the
Blood, the Cleansing of internal Organs and the Immune System Enhancing Technique.
The master healing technique, used also in the psychophysical athletic training, for a
speedy regeneration of life energy, organs and cells will also be taught.
You will learn some minor chakras, the Invocative techniques and the “Divine Healing”.

Pranic Psychotherapy
You will complete your training on etheric treatment studying anti-stress techniques and
energetic anomalies that are at the origin of addictions, obsessions, depression and many
other psychological problems.
Our thoughts, the emotions and the stress are often the cause of the stagnation of diseased

and old energy in the Aura and in the Chakras and they can negatively influence also physic
health. In this training Course you will learn how to disintegrate Psychic Energies, Thought
Forms and Elementals, which are the cause of phobias, of stress, of obsessive, violent and
paranoid behavior, of depression, of sexual disorders, of auditive and visual hallucinations and
of many other psychic disorders. You will learn how to repair possible damages in the Aura and
in the Chakras and how to protect them with spiritual shields from external contaminations.
Moreover you will be able to save and to “treat” relations in crisis and relations between
people (e.g. enmities with colleagues or family members).

Pranic Crystal Healing

This workshop concerns the fundamental properties of crystals, used in our Workshop
linked to Pranic Healing techniques to increase the healing power and to make very rapid
treatments getting very good results in a very short time.
You will experiment, both on crystals and on gem stones, different methods of
energizing, consecrating, extracting negative emotions and diseased energies and former
programmings. 
You will study either properties of laser crystals or of some coloured crystals, important for
the energetic balance.

Psychic Self Defense

In daily life, at work, in business relations, in relations with neighbors, with friends or even
with someone who is not a friend, we sometimes feel “sucked”, “emptied” or with a feeling
of strong inferiority, almost dominated, or we feel completely defenceless to their words or
even their thoughts. Sometimes we get in contact with people or situations that are in a
position to force our convictions and our purposes...
A lot of people happen to go out without having the intention to buy anything but then…
something has, to some extent, “forced” their will and they had come back home with some
object that wasn’t necessary. Did it ever happen to you? Did it happen to go in some place
for work or for doing something, and to find yourself with a mood or a dominant thought

With this Workshop you have the possibility to learn simple techniques, easy to understand,
safe, confirmed and taught through the Grand Master Choa Kok Sui’s Method. These are
ancient teachings, that with a modern language, set free from rituals and curtailed from
superstitions, allow us to understand several methods, which you can use in different
situations, to defend ourselves from “psychic attack”, either intentional or unconscious,
also through the creation of Shield of Energy.

 Achieving oneness with the Higher Soul Course
This is a highly spiritual path, to experience in a short time a Union with the Divine Spark
within each of us. By practicing the Meditation you will be able to improve your physical and
spiritual life, to better manage stress, to the point of eliminating it, to clarify your ideas on
your daily life objectives, and to bring more harmony in your relationships.
You will learn how to use the Meditation both to achieve personal aims and to heal the
Earth Planet. You will acquire higher instruments for experiencing your divine nature and
for reaching the Higher Soul.

Arhatic Yoga
You should have participated in the Basic and Advanced Course to be admitted to this
path. A lot of people, especially in last decades, got closer to Yoga studying it subdivided in
different parts, as Hata Yoga, Raja Yoga… With these techniques, many incarnations could
pass before reaching the real meaning of Yoga. The meaning of Yoga is UNION, this is the
Union with our divine reality or Higher Self and its higher meaning, Union with the “Divine
Spark within us”.
Grand Master Choa Kok Sui founded the School of Modern Arhatic Yoga which, after
a preparatory training for Arhatic Yoga, enables the students to practice all the Yoga
simultaneously, structured in methods, practices and meditations accessible also to everybody 
who experiences the practice of meditation for the first time, linked with an inner discipline
for Character Building (essential for spiritual growth). With the guide of this Master it become
possible to reach a good degree of awakening of Kundalini Energy without making the well-

You will practice the “Rainbow Meditation” to make the brain and the neural system more

Kriyashakti
Kriyashakti is the art of creative materialization. This workshop is essential for those who

an easy didactic supported by practical exercises to have verifications in the short period.

Superbrain Yoga
Ba Basing on the technique to empower people intelligence which has been developed by
great Rishi (founded on the principles of Chinese Auriculotherapy), lost for several centuries
and now re-discovered; on the Law of Correspondence; in the light of the last scientific
discoveries that demonstrate that the human brain is able to produce new brain cells.
