how to connect mts mblaze to redhat linux

HI!! friends this is NIKESH,

I recently bought myself an MTS Mblaze wireless USB Modem. Connecting it on Linux was difficult because
there was practically no tutorial for MTS USB Modem,well i’m using rhel5.5(x86_64)…

i’m showing you how to connect it….if you are a beggner firstly check this link “http://wp.me/pZgTH-1U“

……after then see this articals

step-1> firstly you have requred “USB-ModeSwitch” .rpm packages

now just open your usb_modeSwitch.conf (vi /etc/usb_modeswitch.conf) & now modify it..

#lsusb

check your data card connectivity

first think when you connecting your data card ,your data card showing as a usbdrive…& then

you are using “#wvdialconf /etc/wvdial.conf “

showing some error like device not connected………………don’t think another side simply

“Ejecting” the “storage device” results in the device being properly recognised….

now again use “#wvdialconf /etc/wvdial.conf” after the command your data card configured …

after then simply run “ # wvdial “

and then copy primary or secondary dns ,and then type command the

#vi /etc/resolv.conf …….

after then wirte the data

nameserver [primary dns]

nameserver [secondary dns]

now again run wvdial command……….& enjoy your mts mblaze internet…..
