Test Case ID BRD/FRS TEST Pre-requisites Step No Test Steps Expected Results

Scenario

View Administration Access to the application


by having Valid User ID
and Password..

View Administration Contact Category

1 View Administration - Contact 1 Login into the application by using the Login Page displayed with the following Edit boxes:
Category - Search with Value URL:https://160.254.95.16:9123/adr/login.page 1.USER ID:[Edit Box] [Your RACF ID]
2.PASSWORD:[Edit Box] [Your LAN Password]
Should contain a Button:
1.Login.

2 Enter the Valid User ID and Password and click Login Index Screen Displayed with the following Links:
1.Home
2.Administration
3.Change Password
4.Logout.

The following details are displayed in the upper right


cornet of the screen.

1.Current User.
2.Last Login:

The following button should be displayed for both


Product Management Access
and Approval Access.

1.Master File.

3 Click on Master File Master File screen is displayed with Welcome


Message, Version and the Built Date.
4 Click on Administration Link The Administration Link list should contain Contact
Category
5 Click on Contact Category Link Administration - Contact Category Search screen
should be displayed with following fashion.

Search By:
Contact Category:
Contact Category Code:

Contact Category Search Results


Contact Category
Contact Category Code

Buttons:
1.New
2.Search
3.Clear

6 Entering any input value Contact Category Search Results table should be
Ex. A in Contact Category present with the following fields with all Rows
click Search related to search value

1.Contact Category
2.Contact Category Code

2 View Administration - Contact Step 1 - Step 6 Follow the step 1 to Step 6 of test case 1 Expected result of test case 1 - Step 6
Category - Search with Value and From Test case
view, edit and Save. 1
7 Click any of the search result [Contact Category Opened]

8 Change the following fields and click save. Validation Error Window should be displayed saying

BNY Category Flag [Change from Yes to No]

BNY Category Flag:BNY Category Flag must be yes


for Assignment.

Ex( If 10 rows are in the sub department Contact


Category Detail then the above error will be
repeated 10 times in the same Window

9 Change the BNY Category Flag to Yes and Click Save Contact Category which we changed will be saved.

Category - Search with Value, view, From Test case
Add and Delete. 1
7 Click any of the search result [Contact Category Opened]

9 Select the Department from List box Position and Location should be automatically filled.

subdepartment by clicking the Question Mark

Please select one row from that Pop Up Window.

10 Click Save The row should be saved and it should be sorted


with first alphabet. Ex ( You can find Financial
Administation before Global in the Subdepartment

11 Click the cross button which is present near the row A Microsoft Pop-up stating "Are u sure want to delete
which we added this record"

with OK and cancel Button

12 Click OK The added row should be deleted.

7 Without entering any values click Save Validation Error window should be displayed in the
following fashion.

1.Contact Category Field is Required.

2.Contact Category Code Field is Required


3.BNY Category Flag Field is Required

8 Close the Window Window should be closed.

9 Fill the information for the following field Details should be saved.

1.Contact Category
2.Contact Category Code
3.BNY Category Flag

Ex :

1.Contact Category - manager

2.Contact Category Code - ACDM


3.BNY Category Flag - Yes and Click Save

5 View Administration - Contact Execute test case 4 Expected result of test case 4
Category - Delete
10 Click Delete button which is in between Related and A Microsoft Pop-up stating "Are u sure want to delete
Save this Profile"

with OK and cancel Button

11 Click OK Administration - Contact Category Search screen
