The above chart shows people are indicating that bank has adopteding Human Resource
Information System 100% but no one person was their who is indicating that bank has not
adopteding Human Resource Information System.

Analysis:

According to the survey done from employee of both banks SBI & ICICI, the graph is
showing that their bank is using Human Resource Information System. According to 10%
employees Human Resource Information System is using from 0-2 years, According to 23%
employees Human Resource Information System is using from 2-4 years, According to 40%
employees Human Resource Information System is using from 4-6 years while only 27%
employees are indicating that their bank is using Human Resource Information System from
more than 6 year.

Analysis:

The above graph is showing that only 79% employees of both Banks are in favours of
Human Resource Information System is beneficial for bank while 21% employees think that
Human Resource Information System is not beneficial for bank. One thing comes out from
this survey that Human Resource Information System is beneficial for banks both sector
banks private as well as Public sector.

Analysis:

The above graph is indicating according to the view of both banks employees that only 79%
human resource work is done manually, while 21% work of human resource is done through
computer. This graph is showing that in today era the work is not fully done through
computer by human resource.

Analysis:

According to the view of both banks employees above graph indicating that 81%, Human
Resource Information System is cost effective means Human Resource Information System
help in reducing the cost in organisation while rest of 19% are indicating that it is not cost
effective means it does not reduce cost of organisation Human Resource Information System.

According to the view of both banks employees above graph indicating that 67%, Human
Resource Information System is helpful in efficiency means Human Resource Information
System help in get work in a systematic way for organisation while rest of 33% are indicating
that it is not helpful in efficiency means it does not ideal time of employees who are working
in organisation.

The above pie chart is showing that 28% work is done through Human Resource
Information System in organisation for Recruitment, 3% for Leave, 13% for Performance
appraisal, 29% for Data Bank and 47% for other works.

The above pie chart is indicating that HUMAN RESOURCE INFORMATION


SYSTEM is 47% helpful for the employees who are working in the organisation, 19% for the
customer to whom the bank is providing services and while 34% employees are saying that it
helpful for both employees as well as customer.

Analysis:

In this part there were many opinion of the responder where they gave different-2
view. Both Banks responder mostly indicate that many time a single employee have multiple
work, lack of proper planning of work, awareness of use of computer, it is costly for the
organisation, lack of information, employee are not fully aware about the Human Resource
Information System. These are main weakness of the Human Resource Information System
which are affecting the Bank.
Q.10 What types of suggestion would you like to improve Human Resource Information
System in banks?

Analysis:

In this part the responder were not looking to participate because they did not know
completely about Human Resource Information System. But out of 100 only 87 responder
gave their view. All view are showing that which type of problem the bank is having and
what are tools to improve it. The most of suggestion are, increase the speed of operation by
improving the skill of employee, introduce check drop boxes of their feedback but there
should be implication on their feedback, time to time training program for the employee to be
aware about the new changes.
