ORDER:
In the reference 1st read above orders were issued constituting the
Implementation Committee for scrutinizing the proposals obtained from the
Secretariat Departments and Heads of Departments under their control, regarding the
continuation of Permanent/Temporary/Supernumerary posts in all Departments in
the State. Based on the recommendations of the Implementation Committee, orders
were issued in the reference 3rd read above continuing the cadre strength in respect of
all Departments of Secretariat and Heads of Departments up to 28.2.2009.

2. In the reference 2nd read above orders were issued for continuation of the posts,
mentioned in the Government Orders in the reference 3rd read above, for a further a
period up to 28.02.2011.

3. In the G.O. fourth read above, in order to facilitate smooth functioning of the
PAOs and other offices in the Works Accounts service, orders were issued continuing
the temporary posts in that Department for the period from 1.3.2011 to 29.02.2012
pending issue of general orders.

4. After careful examination of the proposal, and in continuation of the orders

issued in the G.O. fourth read above, Government hereby continue the posts,
mentioned in the Government Orders under the reference 3rd read above, for a further
period of one year w.e.f. 01.03.2011 to 29.02.2012 or till the actual need ceases,
whichever is earlier.
