shows concerned about the increasing numbers of refugees
and internally displaced persons caused by the violence,
and "about the risk of the resurgence of civil war", urging

Alassane Ouattara, told reporters that he would have liked
the statement to be stronger and "to condemn the atrocities
perpetrating right now." He reiterated that the violence
