Leadership Skills Self-Assessment Test

The survey will help you identify your leadership skills as a student taking up occupational
therapy, which is a necessary for a successful planning and implementation of group dynamics
and activities.

There is no right or wrong responses, as you respond to each of the statements, be as truthful and
honest as possible.
