TERMS & CONDITIONS :

1. The above programs are open to students from Monday - Friday , except weekends, public & school holidays.
2. Bookings must be made TWO weeks in advance by filling in this form and must be sent to us prior to the visit.
3. A confirmation letter via email will only be given once the completed form EDU-D2 is submitted to the Education Department (within 7 days before the visit).
4. Bring the confirmation slip along during your visit as proof. Participants must arrive at the zoo 30 minutes before the programme starts. Late comers will be
asked to choose another day to join the program.
5. Full payment IN CASH must be made at the Ticketing Counter on the day of your visit. An Education Officer will assist you on payment.
6. Participants must follow the basic zoo etiquette during the visit - no littering, no animal feeding and no balloons.
7. The students’ safety is the responsibility of the school teachers, coordinators or organiser. The management of Zoo Negara, the Malaysian Zoological Society
and its employees will not be held responsible for any loss, claims, damage and injury to any members of the group and personal property.
8. Students must wear school name tags that are visible to the Education Officers.
9. Multi-animal Show is on daily at 11.00 am and repeated at 3.00 pm or 3.30 pm (Friday).
