Don McDonald

Don Macdonald joined the Wise Group’s Employment Zone
(EZ) project following a year of unemployment.
Don’s Employment Consultant told him about the Wise
Group’s Call Centre project, which provides a route to
employment within the call centre industry offering
training in a live call centre. He hadn’t thought about call
centre work before but saw this as a good opportunity to
get back into a routine and learn new skills.
Don loved call centre work and his EZ Employment
Consultant arranged for his travel to be funded. He was
also helped with job searching and interview techniques.
