exposed to different communities and enable to take part in one of the nursing responsibilities,
students are advised to provide health teachings to the pregnant women they encounter in the
area with breastfeeding importance. Even in simple way of imparting knowledge to the
significant other who is pregnant to utilize breastfeeding rather than other ways if not
contraindicated during the first six months of infant’s age.
The Future Researchers: Data has been presented and conclusions were made
and found out that the feeding preferences of pregnant women depend on the family’s socio-
economic status, thus, the proponents endorse to the future researchers the use of respondents
having a higher class in the society whether there would be changes in the results of the study.
