2. RENTAL

16. EMERGENCY

16.1 In case of emergency outside office hours, please contact (i) the
Hostel Warden on duty at the warden’s hostel unit or (ii) the Hostel
Master at his hostel unit or (iii) the Security Guards at the Guard
House.

17. REVISION OF RULES AND REGULATIONS


17.1 The Hostel Management reserves the right to revise the Rules and
Regulations from time to time and will keep the hostelites informed
of any changes in the form of memorandum and notices on the
Notice Boards.

and Internet ports in every room.

Each unit has 3 twin-sharing rooms and 1 room for single


occupancy to keep student numbers to a comfortable number of 7 per unit.
Each unit is furnished with essential furniture such as single beds with
mattresses, cupboards, study tables with chairs, a dining table and chairs,
lounge settee and kitchen cabinets. All units in Sunway Condominium
Hostel are air-conditioned.

The rental per term per bed is as follows:

a) TWIN SHARING (air con) RM 2320.00


b) SINGLE (air-con) RM 3120.00

The rental is inclusive of water and electricity but there is a cap to


the subsidy provided by the Hostel Management. Beyond that the
occupants will have to share the cost. The ceiling cap for the air-con units
is RM550.00 and for the non air-con unit, it is RM200.00 for each month.
The Hostel Management reserves the right to revise the rental and
subsidies by giving one month’s advance notice.
